There are quite a few things which can be done andi. After practice keep your guitar in its case, try to avoid dust on your strings, there are also some string and neck lubricants available in market but I don't think its necessary. Practice every day for few minutes and keep it clean. Make sure you don't break your strings during tuning it . I have personally never taken any special care for strings.

Bro these dots have specific meaning to it. Single dots indicate perfect notes identification . Double dots indicate octave change which is on 12th. Saying that the dot structure is not constant across guitars.

Bro try to to learn them simultaneously. When you are practicing or learning a chord try to strum at-least down strokes so that you can get a feel of it.
