Nice one, thanks! "Shine" is one of my favorite songs. And I still consider it one of Su-metal's finest works as a vocalist. That part right before the break is just mind-blowing. Lyrics are about the intermediate stages of grief: bargaining and depression also known as the infection point. My company once sent us a psychologist because they were moving to another office building and considered we were too attached to the old one (not joking). They approached it as if it were a mourning of loss and the sessions were based on those stages. 🤘🦊
Great reaction!. I think the trilogy of lights is a masterpiece that represents one of the pinnacle of BABYMETAL. Especially the beauty of Shine leaves me speechless.
Nice reaction - and yes, what a beautiful song, certainly right up there among my own top favourites. If you can find the Legend M performance (that was the one where the clips of Moa playing the acoustic guitar and all the light up bracelets in the audience came from) you will also get to hear arguably Su-metal's finest vocal performance to date.🦊
Great reaction like all the others so far. Now it's about time for a baby metal guide, preferably the long one from CrypticMisery. It's really worth it.
This is a compilation. You should never react to a compilation video. React to actual live performances. There's a ton of all of their performances out there, so you'll be able to find what you need. Still, great reaction.
Shine is extremely hard to get past copyright blocks. This compilation is one of the few you can get through. Why don't you suggest a version of Shine that can get through copyright since you think there are so many?
@@jimnusbaum3589 Absolutely agree with you. Of course compilations are not the first choice, but what is the alternative? exactly... we get the same songs from the same concerts over and over again because everything else is blocked. I'm glad that there are compilations, even if I'd rather see the original, but unfortunately that's not possible.
@@jimnusbaum3589 Another small addition... Nowadays compilations are not that important anymore, but shows like Legend S and Tokio Dome many people wouldn't even know without the compilations and exactly these two shows together with Pia Arena are in my opinion the best that exist so far.
Thanks for the great reaction to my favorite BABYMETAL song.
😊
you could see your enjoyment in that one great reaction. I love Shine, one of my top BabyMetal songs 😁🤘🏼🦊🤘🏼

The guitar is a tribute to legendary Kamiband guitarist Mikio Fujioka.
Peace in place. 🤘🏻🦊🎸
😢
"Shine"
The second instalment of the "TRILOGY OF LIGHTS" after "Starlight". This song fans assume was dedicated to guitarist" Mikio Fujioka" who passed away in Jan 2018 & "Yui Mizuno (Yuimetal)" who left Babymetal in Nov 2018 due to undisclosed health issue. "Starlight" is about remembering, "Shine" is about acceptance and "Arkadia" is looking forward to the future. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🤟🤘.
'Shine' is about acceptance. Su-Metal and Moametal accepted the fact that Mikio Fujioka is watching over Babymetal and Yuimetal is no longer with Babymetal. In the Legend M concert Su and Moa were together even though Moametal doesn't really playing the guitar which she could, the mood of which this song captivate and portray is mesmerising. Su-Metal and Moametal performed this song for each other and for current and former members of Babymetal. They are leaving the memories that Babymetal created together but not forgotten. Great reaction always. Kitsune Up 🦊🦊🦊🤘🤘🤘🇯🇵🇸🇬.
Shine Lyrics Overview:-
光の彼方まで
Light to the other side
光よ彼方まで
Endless
果てしなく続く
Even if you wander in the darkness
闇の中彷徨っても
A little light
僅かな光を
Taguriyosete
手繰り寄せて
My heart shouted
心が叫んだ
It doesn't matter if it breaks
かまわない壊れても
Dazzling light
眩い光が
Because it illuminates us
僕らを照らすから
Shining sky Let's take off
Shining sky飛び立とう
Shining road forever
Shining roadどこまでも
To a journey in space far away
遥か遠く宇宙の旅へ
Far away to space
遥か遠く宇宙へ
Shining light Let's go
Shining lightさあ行こう
Shining road forever
Shining roadどこまでも
To an eternal journey beyond space-time
時空を超えて永遠の旅へ
Delivered beyond space-time
時空を超えて届け
Shining in my heart
Shining in my heart
Shining in your heart
Shining in your heart
Shining forever
Shining forever

Much love brother. Love this track. Sorry for your copyright issues. Japan is nuts on that stuff. But glad it worked out.
