    At 5:37, there is a very interesting scene: the boss giving instructions. Unfortunately, this was and is a reality, and it certainly represents a limitation of the management system. Though daily management and TQM techniques have existed since 1980 or even earlier (with Gen X in charge), very few people today are familiar with the principles of self-managed teams and empowerment (as a comparatively recent concept). Now Billy brilliantly challenges us to discover drivers like diversity and unwrap this cultural constraint, 50:25 which is not an easy task, because what really matters cannot be measured.
