Yay! my highlight of 2024 was doing a marathon under 4 hours! 3:59:57 - I had 3 seconds to spare hahaha!!! we can do hard things!!! 💜

#1 highlight of 2024 for me was getting married in July! First time in a while that it wasn’t sports related 😊. Can’t wait to watch you smash your goal!!

I’m currently healing from my 2nd spine/hip injury. Getting an mri next week to see what all the damage is. I’ve already made huge progress with recovering though and I keep telling myself that I need to push through the pain, do the rehab, get up when my mood is low to get to my goals and life again. I’m putting it out into the world that I’ll be running an ultramarathon in the mountains by October 2025. Your videos are keeping me sane while I feel my endurance and strength gains leaving me as I heal. I can live through you for the time being. I love that you always remind yourself it’s a blessing to be able to move. I feel the same way. I thank my body every day for the movement it does allow me as I heal. Thanks for sharing your training and life while I heal and I can’t wait to watch your videos months from now as you crush your goals and I get to crush mine too. Stay nutty 🤘🏼

I use a COROS Pace 2. Pretty decent and served me well for a few years now. Battery is brilliant (over a week easily without charging). They keep adding features and good support.

It’s hard to say 1 highlight of this year as it’s been the most successful so far,in terms of fitness -running a 3:17 marathon that i registered 12h prior and had no taper in tf & qualifying for hyrox world championships
I unfortunately didn’t get into Berlin marathon 😭
#1 highlight of 2024 was running my first and only 5K 🙈 and I’ll be spending NYE run in another one too! Oh, and also getting married 🥰 sorry, couldn’t pick just one 😂😂
Nooo the milk version of the lotus is sooooo good 😋😋😋 I’m not a white chocolate girl as much as milk but lotus biscoff stuff is my weakness I swear 😂😂

My last half marathon was over 3 hours 😂🫣 it was post chemotherapy though.
10 mins ain't that bad considering the amount of volume you do 14 seconds per km but you will be super fit by then
