wondering if this game would have ended differently if mongols were on viper's side with drill rams and mangudai and eagles on the other side vs cumans
I have low apm, and like to focus on my eco being better than my opponents eco. With this feature it takes my opponent less time to do the same just as well. This means i now have to go and compensate by learning how to micro better and such. Whereas until now i would be able to just spam more which would balance out my opponents micro. Im 1300 rn and have been back to the game for about 2 years, but with this feature i feel like i will just be back where i started in terms of skill. Im genuinely considering leaving the game again and maybe checking it out again if this farm feature is gone. Or i might try to find a way to play the original version again like ive heard some ppl do in vietnam.
The game is not about making farms. It is about how to spend and when. Also the feature is not useful in balancing your eco early/mid game. It is about efficient spending in late game and micro intensive games There is little chance your edge on managing eco will be affected. And there is little chance the edge you got at placing farms is the reason why you are standing 1300. Of course in some situations, some civs/players will get a boost, mostly for keeping up under pressure or spamming cav IMO
How little problems in life do you need to have to be this engaged into an auto farm placement discussion. Jezus christ, I agree with you Viper. Only time where you need to place a lot of farms in quick succession is in late imperial if you want to switch into light cavalry (most likely anyways). It will only make your farms more visually pleasing - if you look at the maths, "ugly" farms are not thát bad. I mean think about it, at what stage would you benefit from this update? before castle age, no. A lot of people are just searching for something to complain about. Thanks for being reasonable Viper.. sigh.
Just because you dont feel like it impacts you, doesn’t mean everyone else is in the wrong and just making drama for no good reason. I understand your perspective, but for me personally this has a massive impact on my experience whilst playing.
So happy for you both the cats returned! The last one must have been on some crazy adventures during those 4 weeks
"How many longbows?"
"Yes"
love the suggar daddy mode
Watching Viper playing as pocket and winning is so satisfying

Our diehard love for viper will uncover the truth!

So many Longboats.

Quickplay does not work for me after the patch. It freezes after it matches you to an opponent.

nice game! Why not 1440p though? :D
for the civs the opponents has, this map gen was brutal absolutely nowhere to maneuver the eagles.
Unlimited Hera could never beat a 15k
