im obviously late asf and idk if anyone else mentioned it but, the more yelled scream you're hearing on lavender is their guitarist Ethan! he does the same thing very briefly during coven from the dark pool!

Have only listened to a few tracks off their first release, but didn't really leave any lasting impression. My personal recommendation would be their single Temperer; only one short song but one of my favorite tracks by them.

How in the sweet-Christmas did I miss this EP? Spotify...failed me dude. I'm actually enjoying this slightly more than their last full EP but it's still got that Deftones-core vibe going? (Reptile sounds like a Deftones B-side to me but more nuanced). It's also my favorite track off the EP--the vocals are absolutely dope and the breakdown at the mid-point is perfect. Perfection. I too needed a break after it.
As always, thank you for your service my guy. I wouldn't have heard this without your reaction even though Thornhill's one of my most played artists of the year. :(
