YOU CAN’T AVOID THE MESS. This is the lesson I had to and still are learning and will forever be learning. Salvation is a constant dance. It doesn’t end. I keep getting refined. I keep needing to die to self. I keep needing to become more like Christ. It’s not easy. The flesh fights. But the Holy Spirit strengthens me. Oh man.
Sitting here thinking about how much more I need to sacrifice for Christ, He wants it all ❤

This video is very powerful and is the central theme of my life.
Back in 2020,I fully surrendered to the lord because I knew that I could not do life all by myself.
Prior to surrendering, I held on to the pain of not having a family. Little did I know that my future wife was also surrendering at the same time.
Fast forward, we met each other at bible study, after confronting our own traumas and deciding to take full accountability over our life. When we met we met (God bringing us together), we were ready.
I went from being a single guy in LA to now having a God fearing family and four beautiful children.
The Lord will give you your heart’s desires if you do your part first, which is completely giving him your life. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My questions is how do I know I am surrendering all or that I am not surrendering all.
@@belinokidz9716 when it’s hard and uncomfortable. That’s how you know you’re fully allowing the Lord to step into that place despite it being hard. Make Him apart of your every day decision making. Sometimes you don’t see the Lords work until it’s retrospect, but the trust is the key factor
I have never listen to any of her podcast never knew about it. As I have recently given God a full surrender as a newbie I told him I had no idea what to do from here… this video then found me. Everything she is speaking on is everything I spoke to God about during our private conversation.

This is so on time! The Lord wants all of me and I still find myself tied to social media, tied to wanting to be seen, stuck in scrolling to avoid sitting with the pain and addressing it but the time Alone with the Lord and Turing off every distraction is sooooo needed 😭😭😭😭
Folks, I've lived a life of addictions for over 30 years. I knew God but always felt he couldn't love me. When I listen to Tasha's song, I realize how wrong I was. Almost 2 years clean next month Ill sing forever. He waited patiently for me. Help me to see everything you see in me. Hallelujah!!! Praise God for her ministry. God gets the glory
This is just another confirmation of what I know I need to do. I thought I had surrendered all but if I’m honest I’ve been giving him moments and only certain pieces of me. I’ve getting by with what I know, just like you said😢 it’s time to surrender ALL!
My pastor preached on Romans 12:1-2 i walked out of church knowing that I will never be the same after hearing what it is to offer my body as a living sacrifice. To die daily. I’d never heard or understood it that way before, by God’s grace, the revelation located me. It’s been a week since I heard that sermon and whenever I get flashes of who I was before the word on the tip of my tongue is “I am a new creation, behold the old has passed the new has come” . “My mind is renewed and I am transformed” “I have the spirit of love, peace and a sound mind”. A lifetime to go.
First thing I died to- my disbelief (just reading the. Bible like a child has made all the difference)
Next- my heart (forgiveness and grace in my co parenting dynamic and leaving it at the cross instead of retaliating)
Next- laziness (been exercising and man I just want to not do it!!!!! But I must pray for me😮💨)
Most importantly- my consumption of cannabis (context, I strongly believe I’m called to work in the cannabis industry on an educational basis but my consumption of 13 years blurs the purpose - to reinforce the goodness of the plant medicine and address the idolatry a dependence on cannabis is. As a plant, God knew what he was creating but as with everything else the enemy has perverted it) and the fact remains, there is so much goodness to it that God made of it - read on the human Endocannabinoid System and how cannabis works with it like no other medicine- again I say God knows what He’s doing but the devil perverts.
That’s just practically what I’ve realised. Not by my might nor by my power because the Lord knows when trials and sorrow comes I just wanna yell, bite, smoke a jay and zone out scrolling til I fall asleep) Mercy said no, we’re gonna work on that.
Megan is so beautiful not only on the outside , but biblically. Inwardly ❤️❤️

Once you fully surrender it feels like you’re being peeled from the inside onto the outside but it’s highly important for different reasons & various seasons. Surrendering is like yielding your fruit to the farmer with expertise, who will then convert it to a bountiful harvest. He gives you the seed and then shows you how to properly care for it by providing guidance and truth plus a well of water- living water

Even though it's hard FULLY surrounding you, REALLY see the hand of God.
After I listened to your podcast yesterday, I literally got on the Bible app and the points to ponder paragraph was titled “Think about what you think about.” It was crazy because when you said it in your podcast I wasn’t quite sure what that meant until you fully elaborated on it. It was all just truly divine like wow!!!!
4 years ago I divorced after 22 yrs. This was my first time at the tender age of 44😉 living on my own. I had went from sleeping in the same room with my sisters to being married with children to my own apartment and I was starting to empty nest😩 it has been a journey that has been hard but I am grateful to God for carrying me through. So I understand that part when you mention going from your mom’s house etc..
That full surrender is hard I’m still working that out but it is for sure what He is requiring of me🙏🏾❤️

This whole episode resonates so much with me!! I've just gone through this same experience starting August 2023, when I gave my life to Jesus. Renewing of the mind is so vital. God is absolutely getting his people on track in this season. I can only imagine what's to come but until then all we can do is continue sharing the good news and picking up our cross daily. This is incredibly helpful for me. I'm currently in a similar season, and I often say, "Okay, Lord, let's have our therapy session." Then I do exactly what you described: I interrogate my thoughts, decisions, and feelings. It's such an uncomfortable season and can feel a bit lonely, as He has removed so many things and people from my life. However, seeing where you are today gives me hope and strength to keep going, knowing that He is molding and guiding me through this time and into something greater. ❤

Thank you so much Megan for sharing this message. I watched it twice. Intense, suicidal thoughts have had a stronghold on me for the past two weeks. I’m in therapy, I have a supportive and encouraging circle of close friends that care about me and my well-being, and I’m very active in my church and praying constantly, but none of that seems to be of use in releasing this stronghold. I’m glad that you provided a practical and transparent way to combat these thoughts.

This video is so on time. My pastor was talking about how we’ve gotten too fleshly as a people , and need to seriously consecrate. My journey coming back to God has bee a whirl wind, but now I’m the space of full surrender and serious consecration. This message was literal an answer to my tears! I needed to hear this! The mess of habits created from allowing my flesh to lead my actions is going to take care and time with God to undo! This episode was a God movement. I have been feeling unsettled for about a month. To the point of feeling anxious. But God said it’s urgency not anxiety. He wants all of me and this was confirmation
So Godly proud of you Meg! Ive watched pretty much every episode since the other Podcast and to see God transform you along your journey has me in awe and also demonstrates how God uses it all and the end result is always for his glory! To see you incorporate bible verses, and more of God into these episodes is really amazing! I thought I was learning something and building a relationship with God with the other podcast ( which I still was ) but who knew God Had more inside of you!? He took you along this journey to go deeper with him & I speak for myself & Im sure a lot of others, I have also went from surface to intimacy with the Lord over the past year as well, I have been in church for most of my life, stop going for a while and last year started going back after getting that pull from the Lord through watching your podcasts! I hurt myself 4 weeks ago. My plans for the summer was not of God. As I been sitting in my place God has been showing me who my real friends are and I have been praying and journaling reading my Bible and watching you. And I’m praying for a 180 when I come out of this. I don’t want to go back to doing what I was doing. I owe God my life for how he has been providing for me in my time of need. I’m not working due to my injuries and God has been making a way for me financially showing me that he is here. This happened to me for a reason how can I be mad? How can I be sad. I’m happy that god is Channing my life and showing himself real. I’m happy for all my losses more than my wins. I distort everything god have given me with my own hands. It’s time to let him lead my life because with him it’s in control

Praise God.. I just recently in my 40s said God I give me all to you. I can't do this the way I have been. I appreciate this so much. I, too, was raised in the church and thought that I knew more about God than my piers. Not realizing that I did many things for self and to be recognized . I had not put him above my selfish wants and baaaaabeee, I had to learn it the hard way. Anyways thank you praise Him and continue to do his will. I love you with the love of the lord

That’s so wild cause was just telling my friend (Saturday) how I feel like I don’t know what’s going on in my life, I’m stagnant, feel like I’m going in a downward spiral, etc. I think I need to isolate, but after seeing this video, it just confirms that I need to get back to the Lord & give everything to him. An: I started therapy again.
