Each of us needs to examine our own hearts, confess our sins to God, ask Him for His forgiveness and Repent and do your best to turn away from those sins. Then we will be washed clean. Repentance is a gift from God. Repentance is the mercy of God. Acknowledging our personal wrong doings to Jesus Christ and accepting him as Savior and Lord is what gets you the protection of God. It gets you into the Ark of safety, from the storm that is headed our way. God bless you.

It is up to each church's leadership to decide how to best empower men and women for ministry in light of the many freedoms and few restrictions that we see in Scripture related to women in ministry & church leadership. There is much diversity around this topic throughout church history. Some churches would allow qualified men and women to be senior church leaders and preachers. Other churches allow women preach but only certain men can be senior leaders like elders or pastors. Even then, other churches may restrict those roles to certain men, and allow women and other men to lead in different capacities. What a church believes and practices related to a woman teaching the congregation or not isn't necessary for disciples to agree on it to be saved and to consider each other siblings in Christ. In essentials, unity. In non-essentials, liberty. In all things, charity. Keep enjoying Jesus, Malachi.
