I was jealous of all the hatemail people were getting on the 360 so I decided to switch over to kill gankers for a night. All of the invasions during those 5 hours are here in one video. Hope you guys enjoy!

@@algo2957 no doubt, the best one. I understand they fixed some of the issues with dark souls 2 and 3 but they just feel boring.. no excitement whatsoever. There's just nothing like this game where you really feel the rush of meeting gankers. The scrublords, the cheap backstabs that pisses you off until you git gud.

These days you have to manually add people instead of just sending DMs, too much work. And who even knows you can comment on people's profiles on Steam?
Probably because it’s so easy to get suspended for a week, I called someone a stupid shit before and got suspended for a week. After that I never sent hate mail to people no matter how trash they were (by trash I mean using glitches/exploits when I don’t, of course I’m human so when they don’t use scummy tactics and kill me with skill I also feel the need to send hate mail, I don’t tho)
Doesn't matter how long ago it was or how many times I've seen it, I always come back to this video when I wanna have a good time and watch some classic Obobobo! It's just a DS1 Oroboro PvP masterpiece as far as I'm concerned.

Honestly, I like this build because of that. It keeps them from trying anything like that and punishes them for not having a backup plan.

And where is this different from backstab builds? His R1-spam-3-shot-stunlock build is just as cheap as the oneshot backstab. In both cases you are pretty much dead if you get hit once.
Sephyrias Id rather be able to wait for a buff to run out than to get lagstabbed from a mile away, followed by a proper bow.

this truly was the golden age of pvp. Maybe now, with Elden Ring capturing so much attention, we can get that feeling again.
It'll never be like classic DS1 bro. Remastered is still pretty active but if only it had the activeness of Elden Ring. DS3 is very active and DS2 about the same as DS1. DS1 had the best PVP, yes the backstabs were bullshit lmao but it was so fun and the community was hilarious, toxic as shit and sometimes wholesome.
I've noticed Elden Ring was the first Souls game for a lot of people. Lately, I've been seeing Elden Noobs in DS3 and Bloodborne, so I bet you can find them in DS1

Cool asf, we met probably almost 2 years ago and now he’s actually booked time off to come to Canada to chill at my house with some other DkS1 players! How fucking wholesome is that shit? Lol, honestly some of my best friends online have been through DkS1!

@@lharsay If you really think twinking is worse in remaster than in the original then you never played the original while it was active. An SL1 pyromancer could oneshot a level 713 player.

I personally could never bring myself to invade another player (even now being three playthroughs into Dark Souls), because I know how much it bugs me sometimes when other people invade me as I'm trying to make progress in a level. But, other times I welcome the challenge of an invader. It tends to be quite the thrilling experience if the invader doesn't fight dirty.

i think the funniest thing about this is the fact that Oro goes out of his way to do red invasions while also using darkmoon blade, which means he still has to be in the blades of the darkmoon and going out of his way to use cracked red eye orbs. its something that should have pissed off at least one person he was playing lol

Gonna be dead serious, I can't hate people who don't let you buff. In my opinion, if you stand there and let someone buff, you may as well just throw yourself off a nearby ledge. Its the same thing. Letting someone buff isn't "honorable", its suicidal. You're deliberately allowing the enemy to dictate the fight right off the bat instead of denying him his strengths and forcing him to deal with yours while deprived of his own. If I see someone buffing I immediately go ham, I don't stand there like a moron.
Are you proud of that though? Are you proud of beating someone you attack mid buff. I duel because I can take pride in every 1v1. "I can beat a guy when he's at a disadvantage" yeah so can anyone. Fight more, git gud, and you wont need to cheese just to win.

Sun Tzu's Art of War. Never let your enemy dictate the fight. Fight on your terms, always, and deprive your enemy of his strengths and force them to deal with yours. Target their weaknesses while covering your own. If your strength is in your buffs, and without them you are weak, you bet your ass I'm going to interrupt your buffing. Buffing is a combat spell. As soon as you start doing it, you're initiating combat. At that point its all fair game. I know you're upset that I'm not going to just hand you an advantage, but why would any logical person ever do that?
Elf Monster Its a video game. You dont have to be a tough guy in real life. But a coward in a videogame? Someone who wont fight fair in a game is just ridiculous. You HAVE to fight people at their best to get better. To get the accomplishment of a well earned victory. Beating a weakened enemy is hardly half a victory. Trust me I'm a very logical person but I also like to have fun and getting attacked mid gesture or mid buff isnt fun. I wont screw up someones else who just wants to have a good fight for a cheap "win". Fighting is fun. If you dont want a real fight DS isnt the game for you.

However, since I like to argue and don't necessarily agree with what I'm about to say, someone could say that being good at the game is finding the right time to buff, heal, and use the games mechanics to win a fight you wouldn't win on raw dueling skill, honestly the people who gank/heal/cheese/reds who run to enemys are really just finding ways to use MORE of the game to their advantage which almost makes them better at the whole game and not just dueling.

Thats my opinion. Your build relies on it, and part of your skillset must be finding an opportunity to do it, and part of my skillset must be denying you that ability. Backstab, parry, or guard break; All of these have recovery times more than long enough for you to buff. THEN you are allowed to take a third of my health with one R1.
Interestingly, I could turn your own argument around; How does me letting you buff make YOU get any better? You're just being ALLOWED to do it. You aren't having to think about it or exert any effort at all. That doesn't improve your skill in any way. However, me rushing you as you buff and interrupting it DOES force you to adapt and improvise, since its clear you are going to spend a portion of the fight without your buff. You must then work AROUND my strengths while protecting your own weaknesses, which results in you either getting good or dying.
I will gesture to anyone who wants to fight. But the moment you cast a buff, you are initiating combat, and that is an open declaration you are ready to fight. And me? I was built for one purpose, and it isn't "wasting time".
