Thank you. To say people don’t love the Lord because they have a problem with a particular church is incorrect. Where in the Bible does it say you have to gather in a particular building anyway? I’ve been hurt by the church and directly by the Pastor when he asked me and my wife if we were on drugs just because we were experiencing some financial difficulties. If you seen what we look like, you would understand our frustration. We felt wrongfully judged in that situation. And let me add we poured into that ministry financially on numerous occasions, but we didn’t stop seeking the Lord or other churchs.

When you said "let the Lord take a day off with you"
I was really thinking. Imagine if I didn't have God for a day. Let alone a second, my life would be turmoil. And it's crazy because sometimes I feel like I don't spend enough time with him.

You can’t expect to go to Heaven and yet hate what Heaven is made of . Heaven is filled with the church . It’s so important that we lean not to our own understanding but instead be obedient to what the Word says . We need to attend the Church . We need to be Apart of the Body . Yes you can meet wherever but it’s important that the church congregate and if you are not doing that, you are being disobedient .

I am a Christian and I ❤ God's church. I admit I have not returned to the church building since March 2020. Until then I faithfully attended and was involved in my local church and collaborated as well as participated with other churches and Christian community groups on a regular basis. During the pandemic I relied more heavily on RUclips ministries. After suffering multiple losses and being under severe spiritual warfare, I have not visited the church building but I still believe in God's Word and seek His guidance daily. I am grateful for the messages I have been able to learn from during the imterim. I've been exposed to a lot of helpful ministries as well as become aware of the deception and buffoonery that is taking place among some current church leaders. It is very disappointing and challenging to witness. Nevertheless, I am praying for discernment in finding a more suitable church home for this season in my life. I have not experienced church hurt per se but I have been traumatized by some wolves in sheep's clothing and I am healing as I navigate that. I appreciate the knowledge, awareness and growth I've gained from engaging with this channel and others. Thanks for sharing.

If I may, the one who is attacking the corporate churches is God himself. And it looks like it began in 1988 when 1stPeter 4:17, came into play. We were trying to find a church that was reasonably true to the bible. Not knowing that the abomination that maketh it desolate was already there, Matthew 24:15. So we had to come out before the judgement began. This is what May 21 2011 spiritually was all about. And now looking back, we can see the snare set by God. Many mocked at the unsealed information that came forth, that was once seal, as referenced in Daniel 12. When Daniel ask God, about the info of the end of the world.

My Uncle was my role model, and he played a heavy role in my Christian journey today. He lives in another state and always told me to find a church that teaches and preaches straight from the Gospels. I discovered 2819 Church and Pastor Phillip Anthony Mitchell about 2 months ago and have been attending ever since. It is the first church I've attended in almost 20 years. He reads from the word line-by-line... that's *line-by-line*, TEACHING us the word. That's what I wanted, that's what I needed. I'm grateful and thankful that 2819 is in my city, and I hope to call it home someday. So far, so good.

    @animegoatforever2571 5 месяцев назад +7

I usually agree with you Corey almost 100%, but the problem with this message is that you’ve lumped everyone together as if everyone has the same reasoning concerning the church. It’s true, we shouldn’t neglect the gathering, but what needs to be understood is that every church ain’t God’s church just because they slap a Christian title on it. It is important to not gather under the wrong covering just to make yourself feel like you’ve fulfilled your so called “Christian” obligation. Unless I missed something, Jesus did not come into the world to create religion. That’s a man made concept that unfortunately got corrupted in many denominations as time went on. Furthermore, I’m called a Christian because that’s the religion that’s been associated with me by my upbringing. However, I’m a believer in Jesus Christ because I believe he died for my sins and he is my Lord and Savor. And let me add this, if it wasn’t for some of your videos calling out many wolves in sheep’s clothing, I would’ve possibly been lead astray. I consider you one of the true followers of Christ because you stick to the scriptures. Just be careful to not group everyone together like the world does everyone who calls themselves a Christian.

    • @pearl0818
      @pearl0818 5 месяцев назад

Jesus himself was religious! He was a devout Jew! Teaching people that we shouldn't be "religious" is actually a trick of the enemy. God has statutes, precepts if you will that we are expected to follow. That's not a bad thing. I think what's bad is false teachers and fake requirements

You're some type of reformed. Do you want a church with a big governmental system like Presbyterians or do you want the individual church to be able to decide go do whatever they want to do. High church or low church. Ones not better than the other, just depends what you're looking for

I think there’s too much anonymity in some churches, so people don’t have a vested interest. They attend as a bystander or visitor and that makes it laborious and trite. And I also think some people are triggered due to things that happened when they were kids. But at some point in your walk you have to let down your defenses and become involved and have a vested interest instead of just being a guest or bystander. Also, there are a lot of people who simply don’t like “people” so their comfort zone is to be to themselves but that is detrimental. So we have to trust that God knows what He’s doing and that He knows what’s best for us.

First time commenting, when you say the "rituals of the Church" what are those? There are the two sacraments for the New Testament Church (communion and baptism), some say 3 (the washing of feet) if I'm not mistaken.
Mark 7:7-8 gives an example of the "tradition of men". Do we have a tendency to "hyper-define" what constitues the Church other than a gathering of the fellowship of believers together? I'm a member of a local body, but I've also been in a place where about 5 people worshipped in a home...did this for 4 years and i can say it was the most joyful gathering I've ever experienced. What constitutes a biblical church?

@@beingsaved556 that was years ago, but this is still happening to poor people, with few options, and no mode of transportation. For years this and other things made me hate God. How could he allow that to happen in his place of worship. This channel post videos exposing these corrupt pastors and churches and the solution to those being raped, molested. Assualted is to love the church? I tell you, several things happened to me outside of the church rather you believe it or not is this. 1. In underneath extreme doubt i begged and asked jesus to prove to me that he was indeed god, he showed me a miracle. 2. I asked to recieve the holy spirit. He sent it to me and i tell you, the germs, bacteria, everything that lives in me celebrated, i felt a love and power that never ends, but i was convicted of EVERY SIN I DID, it was like someone flipping a picture book, or fast slides, i remembered everything. The things i tried to hide was uncovered, the things i forgot about he reminded me, i was begging for forgiveness, (this is the short story) afterwards i was left mumbling holy, holy, holy. I felt a hug or embrace that i never felt. Now i feel secure. The 3rd thing is i was awaken at 3ish i passed out on my way to the bathroom, again i passed out and hit my head against the bed and awoken my wife. It frighten her. I layed in the bed with her and she said my heart was beating funny. I didnt believe her, because i couldnt feel anything. Later i felt it, i was worried.
I attempted to dial 911, but a voice said you will survive this. Then i heard a voice say make all paths straight for the lord, jesus spoke to me and gave me a message. 2 personal and one public he told me to tell the world. Afterwards he gave me a glimpse of whats to come.
Now i say all these things because i was a blasphemer, pegan, aethiest, agnostic sinful man that only used jesus as a granter of wishes. After he did that i tossed him aside. Now, im a believer. All of this happened to me outside the church. I tell my testimony to others and they ask me how? Idk, but if i stayed in church non of this would of happened. I live in atlanta with some of the worst churches. Thousands are being mislead. That's why i asked the question. I personally feel that people can use channels like these to learn more about god than going to a church. No every church isnt like the ones i went to, but everyone doesnt have that option. Jesus is the church. He's still in the business of coming to you. He did it for me.

What about false prophets, preaching for money profits, and never preaching truth? Do they also hate the church?

I have a problem with the church, but it's "not the church" it's people in the church! I understand that people are people, and we've all fallen short before the glory of God. Nobody is perfect, but inside the church, it seems to be every church! We have these "clicks" of people who run the church and run people off from the church by hurting people. I go to church because I know what the Father has told me. I haven't found one church that doesn't have "clicks."

I think there are two different churches ... but the real church is without walls. If a church is operating under a false doctrine and teaching lukewarm-ism... I cant submit my family to that way of living.
Also, if ministries have manipulated you, used you, gossiped about you, spoke tongues babbling when you dont agree with babbling, while you continued to be faithful... at some point, you have to draw the line.
Now, my church is all who do the will of the father.... even the stumbeling ones. But I cannot subject my family to false doctrine.

Please please please 🙏🏼 make a video of pastors Jimmy Evans and his buddy Mark Hitchcock! I remember watching both of them at a time in my life when I was coming back to Christ and right when I got near the end of the video where they were going to reveal something to me, both said if you want to hear what to do or to learn more, pay us money to join our site! I was so disheartened!
It is absolutely disgusting that both of those men each are worth more than $50 million plus apiece!!! That’s a lot of money.
They are here on a FREE PLATFORM and they are pimping and stealing from the poor. It is the best way I can put it because it’s true.
Nobody picks up on these lower or mid level preachers, but these men are greedy awful men, and it really broke my heart to know I had to pay to get the answer to what they were telling us about Christ !

But also assembling with other believers don’t necessarily mean you have to be in a building as long as you are gathered together with other believers. So when Paul was admonishing the believers gather and encourage one another seeing the time fast approaching was every opportunity you can to meet and gather do so cause the time is coming when you will not be able to do so and we should but not to be there all the time is not a sign you hate God or the things of God especially if you are maintaining that private time of fellowship, worship and study of the word. Most of the time these corrections are motivated by number of attendance and money.

But the gathering can happen anywhere, it’s not about an organized group of people in a building. It’s about love and unity in the faith. We cannot fellowship with apostates, idol worshippers , etc. I I Timothy chapter 3; Ephesians 5:11. We have a right to fellowship in the beauty of holiness and authenticity, it’s not about perfection, but it is about being apart of followers of Christ who indeed serve God., and not just using a title as a cloak . I will not set with corrupt leaders in the Church.

Wrong we are the living stones there is no such thing as church.
When we look at early church fathers a lot of the early ones kept loyalty to observing this sabbath and the feast and the commandments and the calendar, because they all wrote that the observation of the day that the Jews sacrifice their lab should be observed all the bishops of Asia including Polycrate stood their ground the Romans made bishops what were modern-day popes changing and compromising he consisted that we follow God rather than man and their traditions would Colossians says of Paul saying, we observe Nisan 14 we dont add we dont take, he says to the Pope the Passover day cannot be changed by humans, just like the pope now what they were doing was changing the Resurrection Day to Sunday when in fact it was Sabbath, they said you Jews can keep your days we're going to make our own calendar and our own days because again humanity does not want to obey because the devil eats on carnal flesh.
And just like with the church today they don't want anything to do with Israel but they want to call themselves Israel we are the house of Israel those who truly follow, so this is what he wrote for in Asia great lights have fallen asleep that will rise again on the day of the Lord's coming when he shall come with Glory from heaven and he will seek out all of his saints whose lights are lit, unlike some of the leaders today these men of God knew these saints were all awaiting the resurrection and despite their defense just like it says they excommunicated John.
Notice John specifically addressed Cappadocia Asia Minor churches but not Rome Rome was never mentioned? Because the West wanted to do their own thing....
Another thing that's not talked about but is in your Bible and we completely miss the church kicked out the apostle John so were all the Jews and all the Gentiles that wanted all the Jews, 3rd John 1:9-10 I wrote to the church, ( Assembly not church ) but Diotrephes, who loves to be first, will not welcome us. So when I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, spreading malicious nonsense about us. Not satisfied with that, he even refuses to welcome other believers. He also stops those who want to do so and puts them out of the church. ( Assembly ekklésia kaleo )
90 ad is when he wrote Revelation and the gospel, 20 years after the temple 70 Jesus died 30 ad it's been 60 years, then the temple destroyed in the scattering of the Jews Zachariah 13:7, Ezekiel 4, Daniel 9, Luke 21, the new Gentiles that are coming in are taking over the synagogues, and they want to be the boss because we want to do what we want to do.
Because these people were bringing Plato, Socrates, philosophy, and they didn't know anything about the Torah or Hebrew.
Luke 22:15-19 And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat (this Passover) with you before I suffer. ( For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.”) because even heaven celebrates it !!! 19And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, (“This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.”)
Notice it don't say Easter! When is the time frame when is this happening? Nisan 14 Leviticus 23 tells you.. when he said do this in remembrance of me what was he talking about? He was talking about the Passover seder they were preparing the Passover!!!! So why do you people call it the last supper when it wasn't the last? You have a problem here. It was the Passover Seder, and the Passover seder is always done on Nisan 14! Going into 15 which is the Feast of unleavened bread, which is a Sabbath even if it's not Saturday, and Jesus Yeshua said I want you to do this in remembrance of me!!! What is the this? What does he want you to keep remembering Malachi the law Passover!!! It's not Easter!! This is Passover when you do the Passover Seder do this and remembrance of my death remember my death! And he was not talking about communion!!! Do this so every Passover the day of my death I want you to always honor it and do you honor it? No. So which day is that it's not the end of March it's the end of April Nisan 14!!
Every Passover do that in remembrance of me and the New covenant that I made!!! it's not communion,
1 Corinthians 11: 24-25 and this is Paul commenting about that day, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, ( “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.”) in the same way, (after supper he took the cup,) saying, (“This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” ) there's actually four cups the four cups of wine at the Passover Seder, Christians call it the last supper because they don't want to keep the Passover because it's supposedly Jewish but it actually it's God's. They want to replace Israel sadly.
What if my birthday is April and you want to celebrate it in November because that's how you feel is it right? No you don't have no right Roman says you were dead in your trespasses you don't have any rights, it's all Grace given to you!!! So if my birthday is in April why do you celebrate it in November? Because you want to right?
John 18:39 Pilate says, But it is your custom for me to release to you one prisoner at the time of the ( Passover. ) Do you want me to release ‘the king of the Jews’?” what did they say? 40They shouted back, “No, not him! Give us Barabbas!” Now Barabbas had taken part in an uprising.
Bar means son son of the Father and Jesus was son of the father, and that's who they want it released,
John 19:26-27 26When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.
What happened? John took Mary into his own home, and when persecution came they both moved to Ephesus, Leviticus 23:5-6 ( The LORD’s Passover ) begins at twilight on the (fourteenth day of the first month.) I thought it was the Jewish Passover??? Notice no Easter. Does this say the Jewish Passover? No it says the Lord's Passover right? This wasn't January or March was it this was when April!!! On the ( fifteenth day of that month ) ( the LORD’s Festival of Unleavened Bread begins;) for seven days you must eat bread made without yeast notice again the Lord's feast?
Exodus 12:1-2 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in Egypt, This month is to be for you the ( first month, ) the (first month of your year)
Okay the new month always begins with the new moon insert April 8th!! The new moon!!! !!! The middle of the month was always the full moon 🌕! and Passover was at the full moon! Tabernacles is at the full moon! Rosh Hashanah is at the new moon! Because the Hebrew word for moon is also the Hebrew word for throne every Passover has to be at the full moon!! And God's throne is being set at the full moon because it says in Zachariah when he returns he returns at the Feast of Tabernacles which is the full moon!!! Zechariah 14 and every nation will have to go to Israel to celebrate the Feast of booths at the full moon or their land will be cursed! And this is when he sits on his throne. Isaiah when there's a new moon and he's telling everybody to keep it!!!! The new moon is important!!
Acts 12:4 when Harold apprehended put him in prison but when ? 4After arresting him, he put him in prison, handing him over to be guarded by four squads of four soldiers each. Herod intended to bring him out for public trial (after the Passover.) not Easter,
John 18:39 (But it is your custom for me to release to you one prisoner at the time) of the ( Passover.) Do you want me to release ‘the king of the Jews’?”
Now let's look at it in the Greek and Hebrew below the translated in Greek is ( Pascha ) that's translated as Passover, and it comes from the Hebrew word ( Pesach ) so the Hebrew came first and the Hebrew was Passover and then they translated it to the Greek which is Pascha, again no Easter right? In English we have the Paschal Lamb, okay.
Acts 12:4 After arresting him, he put him in prison, handing him over to be guarded by four squads of four soldiers each. Herod intended to bring him out for public trial after the (Passover.) ( Pascha ) Hebrew ( Pasach ) still no Easter? So how do the translators translate it as Easter??? How can they translate this as Passover in one verse then all of a sudden it's Easter ? Because the people teaching otherwise better have scripture for scripture to prove their point if not it's heresy isn't it?

It's idolatry not only to worship a false god, but the true God/Yahweh in a false manner.
It is Satan who changes the LORD's Appointed Times, "He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws" (Daniel 7:25).
Does it make any sense, the Father would command these Feasts forever (enforce them in the future Millennial Kingdom on pain of plague) and not have them binding today? Most today accept and cherish the enemy's substitute worship days and instructions.
Only in the Scriptures can we find the truth about Yahweh's will for worship. The Appointed Times are all about the Messiah. The Spring Feasts have been fulfilled in Yeshua's first coming. Yahweh's plan for the feasts is to fulfill all of His great promises and the Fall Feasts have yet to be fulfilled!
Paul condemned the new believers in Galatians for continuing to observe "days and months and seasons and years. I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain" (Galatians 4:10-11). Notice, days, months, seasons and years are names for pagan feasts. Contrast that with Colossians 2:16, "Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day." These are the names for His Appointed Times.
Romans 14:5 is about "personal convictions" and "personal scruples" but it's in the context of Old Testament. The Romans 14:5 verse was written to be fully convinced in their own minds about whether to observe EXTRA FAST DAYS or not. Even the Jews themselves had different convictions about the observance of those days, because those fast days were never commanded by the LORD. The "days" Paul was referring to were the traditional fast days mentioned in Zechariah 7:5-6, not commanded days.
Prepare now to celebrate the LORD's Spring Feasts!

verse that everybody uses to shove in their theologies Malachi 4:4 remember the law of my servant Moses the statues and rules that I commanded him at Horeb ( For all of Israel ) aren't you grafted into Israel? Jesus said if you love me keep my commandments we are of Israel.
So then this goes into the term ecclesia which is the body. Not no church there is never a word church it is assembly solemn assembly.
Acts 15:20 was the starting point for new Gentile believers, who did not know the law. They would hear the Law preached every Sabbath and learn how to walk in the LORD's ways.
Acts 15:21 explains, "For the law of Moses has been preached in every city from the earliest times and is read in the synagogues on EVERY SABBATH.”
Acts 15:22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole ( Assembly ), to choose men from among them and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. They sent Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, leading men among the brothers,
Greek work kaleo means ekklésia ( assembly or call ) nothing else
I tried saying the term "" church """ was made up by the Roman Catholic pagan Church
2 Timothy 1:9 9He has saved us and (called us to a holy life) ( kaleo ) ( Klesis invitation ) -not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time
We are Called the assembly!!!!! Now Leviticus 23:1 Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘These are my appointed festivals, the appointed festivals of the LORD, which you are to proclaim as (sacred assemblies.) here again ( Mo'edims ) appointed times Daniel 8 as well as congregation synagogue assemblies. Biblical hermeneutics and proper exegesis.
Now let's go deeper who are we?
      Matthew 16:18
The spiritual house God is building is designed for His glory, and we, the living stones, glorify the Lord in all we do (1 Corinthians 10:31).
      Hebrews 2:12 12saying,
      “I will tell of your name to my brothers;
in the midst (of the congregation ) ( ekklésia) I will sing your praise
The Lord promised that His covenant people would someday be gathered: “I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them” (Jeremiah 23:3).
Daniel 9 the Messiah shall strengthen a already existing covenant the Mosaic covenant to Graft in the gentiles Romans 9 Romans 11 .
The two witnesses are the whole house of Israel Ezekiel 37 Zachariah Romans 9 Romans 11 Revelation 1 Jesus says if you love me keep my commandments that's the feast because Daniel 7:25 this man shall change times and the law well he tells you to keep it the feast all of this.
So if we are gathering for the feast like we are commanded to then we would be gathering in Israel which is the whole house of Israel in his hand everything is in place for the gathering of the whole house of Israel...
Revelation 12 the Beast overcomes those who keep the commandments of God and the testimonies of Jesus this is one vision of two groups of people combined as one... He did say that he would regather the whole house of Israel the Bible says what it says Revelation 12 this is why the two witnesses the bodies of people read the ending of Revelation 10 multitudes from every tribe of every nation the 144,000 the great multitude out of the tribulation who washed their robes in the blood of the Lamb who did not love their life even unto death.
Jesus says to present your bodies as a living sacrifice just like he did the sacrifice of the Lamb just like Paul just like every one of them
The church = ekklésia is the body of believers and ( Bride ) who confess Christ & Jews Jeremiah 11 ( some branches ) were burned off so that you gentiles can be part takers of the 🫚🇮🇱 again house of Israel Ezekiel 37 this is where PAUL taught from because the new testament was not even written here because they were literally writing it. Jesus tells you if you love me keep my commandments we are of Israel not America. So let us dive deeper.
Romans the 🫚🇮🇱 who supports you burned off some to graph you into Israel so do not be arrogant of that zechariah you have the olive trees because Jeremiah tells you a whole nation can be a olive 🌲🌴.
Revelation 1 Revelation 11 same thing cf Revelation 7 the 144,000 Whole house of Israel 🫚🇮🇱.
These are the ones who ( keep the commandments of God and the Testimony of Jesus Christ ) who stand before the Lord God on Earth. To be the 🕯️ lamp stands to the world. To be the witnesses that he is God
. ( Jesus says If you love me keep my commandments)
his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength” (Revelation 1:16 …
The Torah is a Sharpe two edge sword Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Logos is Torah. That was in the beginning.
Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten.
      ( Fig trees )
      Israel is THE FIG 🌲🌴.
Luke 21 learn the parable of the ( Fig TREES ) plural is the nations of the world. Nothing else nothing less. When you see that they're ripe know the time is short.
You have the menorah ( JESUS ) THE 🕯️ of the 🌎 giving oil to two trees. Is the ( Root who supports you ). And never forget it 🫚🇮🇱

I understand if everyone in the building was like minded, but everybody in the worship building or building for pagan worship, isn't on one accord!!!!!
People think God, Almighty God in JesusChrist made a building a church, and God showed us the truth through JesusChrist, who was the church of God also, that made disciples, and made them to be the church of God......

When it comes to your church home, your cause or reason for staying should never be the people or the environment, it should always be a decision YOU and you alone feel led to make. Speaking from experience, I use to attend a church with my girlfriend that I had been going to for years, I was an usher there and a lot of my family members attended that church. After a while however, my girlfriend and I both realized that we feel stagnant (spiritually) there and that it was time to leave. I felt guilty as all heck because I felt I had an obligation to be where my family was, and to be a servant. Long story short, we started attending another church where every week, we feel we're learning something that's allowing us BOTH to grow in our spiritual walks. Ultimately, as I said, what you feel the Lord is calling you should be the primary motivation behind why you leave or stay at a church and as you grow spiritually, you'll develop a level of discernment that will show you whether you should stick by certain people, or whether you should take a step back and let the Lord work.

Also, the Bible specifically mentions in 1st Timothy 2:12, and 1st Corinthians 14:34-35 that women shouldn't exercise authority over men and shouldn't speak in church (i.e. they shouldn't be preachers) so that IS something to rebuke because even if she was an amazing preacher, she is defying scripture in doing so. In situations like that, one must defend the person always because as a body of believers we should love each other above all, BUT the action (or lack of) should be rebuked. I hope these messages help you in your situation, and I pray your faith continues to grow each day.

There too many folks that love the church, BUT... dont love & worship the Lord properly!
    Sounds Strange, huh?

Because the people teaching otherwise better have scripture for scripture to prove their point if not it's heresy isn't it?

i need some help from believers right now. Please don’t use you opinion only but use versus to back it up. Me and my friend were debating on if you are actively living in sun will you go to heaven. I used Gay people as an example, For those actively living there life that way, can they go to heaven? I wonder this because it’s not like they sin and repent but instead are basically saying we don’t care God let me live my life, So i don’t think they go to heaven but my friend does.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (ESV): 9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
Hebrews 10:26-27 (ESV): 26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries.

It sounds as if your friend doesn’t understand the Gospel or what salvation actually is.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (ESV): 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

@@HisPrincessa626Thankyou for the help. From what you gave me i see that someone who lives in sin will not go to heaven. But someone who once lived in sin and now repents can go to heaven.

I don't agree with religion and I trust James wasn't promoting it either. A Followers of GOD we have a " CULTURE" not a religion which is far different. We are called the Family of GOD and at no time do the Apostles or Jesus speak to us concerning religion. Absolutely no scripture reflects any "religious" attitudes. We do have what we do as a Lifestyle and not as you said religiously. Why do I say this? Scripture will answer " for in him we live and move and have our being". And no one will tell me GOD is religious.

Church is the body of Christ not a building. You don't got to church you are the church. We need to stop focusing on going to church, and start being the church. Just because you are not in the building does not mean you forsake the assembly. People have church in homes. People take the gospel to those in the streets and Parks. I have to disagree. Organized religion is not the church just a bunch of Mens traditions and philosophies.

@brijenell0201 I will be praying for you . Maybe you can begin a group of like minded believers. Even if it's only 2 or 3 of you God is in the mist. I preach at some assemblies. But my primary focus is my home and community around me. How can we be effective for God's kingdom. If we keep hiding behind buildings. As Jesus says. We are the light of the world. Nobody lights a lamp and but is under a basket. We can't hide out light.

When people use the word religion their is a certain meaning behind it they are trying to convey. Of course we should love the good religion, Christianity and the community we are called to have according to the bible. But a lot of people say religion and mean how people will look down upon others, look down their nose at them, people who are up tight and cant have fun. A good primary example could be Catholicism where all that matters is rules. Religion that says sex is bad and if you enjoy it your sinning. Or course we should hold each other accountable as christians and set standards in the community, but that is what most people mean when they say they are anti religion. But truly being christian and going to church is in fact religion, its just taken a different connotation in recent times
