That Consume' looked really good. Do you ever finish it off when there are no more tacos left? That looks good enough to keep in a therms on a cold day.
I'm not sure the name, but I've always been interested to try this food truck at 19 mile and mound in the Sunoco gas station.(I think its a BBQ joint) I pass it on my way to get infusions at Beaumont Hospital, it always smells delightful when I drive by.
I'm obsessed with birria tacos I had three last night from the place up the street from my job ..OMG dos tacos are delightful... and the best part. They are not spicy..las tortugas taqueria Sterling heights.

Best Birria I’ve had is La Fiesta Restaurant in Toledo. Douglas & Sylvania Ave. Not in Michigan but cool place! Huge patio and inside.

I do usually sip it like a cup of soup afterwards and finish it! But it would be really good in a thermos on a cold day! So good!
