Hi! The ground wire is black. You can also contact to any metal point / bolt in the frame. No need to cut wires! Watch this video of mine on how to tap into wires. ruclips.net/video/4Co9w6vS-mY/видео.html
The blue wire is for a position light. You can use it but it kind of lessens the effect of the stop light. If you do use it, it connect it to the license plate positive wire.
@@bikesmith i buy it also and i do it just like you did But it is not so bright And i see that the leds has a function for more light If u use the bleu wire also But i dont no if i could put the red and bleu wire together

Yes, works both ways.
But this set up is working on both brakes? I want to do only at the back brake.. possible?
It is but it would need a couple diodes more and more wires.
You see, both the front and back brake are connected to the same electric circuit.

You only use black and red wire
I only wanted the stop light.
