its located in Milledgeville,Georgia.....the place on the left side you were wondering about is the "tailrace" part of the Dam. It offers excellent fishing year round for cats,crappie,bluegills and stripers.

Forgot to add, Sinclair Dam, wherever it is, just a beautiful place. I was trying to figure out what it was down to the left of the dam.
