This Mercedes is powered by the 2.5L V6 engine mated to an automatic transmission. This Benz spent its life in Florida and has just over 134k original miles through only 2 owners and has a clean AutoCheck report with no accidents. This C230 runs and drives very well and would make for a perfect first car or a daily commuter.

I had one of those as a daily driver for a long time. Great cars!

I’ve been researching these C230’s and the consensus pretty much agrees that they are great little cars. I’m looking to pick one up tomorrow actually. A 2006 with 89,000 miles for a little under $6,000. Once I get the vin, if the carfax checks out, I’m driving that girl home. It won’t be a daily, she may only see about 4,000 miles a year, but I figured it a good car to keep around mostly bc my mother in law frequently uses my car and I want her to have something of her own to run around in.

my older brother bought one of these for his daughter's first car in 2014, she had it 12 hours before she totaled it and we have spent multiple years making fun of her for it now that she's grown up

I agree with most of what was said. However, the owner of this car needs to be mature enough not to treat it like a clapped out honda or toyota. Mercedes in general don't like to be "daily driven". The more and harder they are driven the more maintenance is required. Learn diy as much as possible. Repair shops are up around $200 per hour.
