This series is where I will be listening to the original song and talking about what I hear and what strikes me. Hopefully, it will provide some interesting insights into how a musician hears certain songs, instrumentation, and artistic choices. I intended to listen and react to a wide range of songs and styles, especially songs that I would not (or can not) cover myself!
This video features a really fantastic song that has some really cool and inventive sounds within it. This song captured my attention from the first time I heard it.
