    It's been a while since you last uploaded, good to see you back.
    Coincidentally, I've adopted a unique routine over the past five months, waking up at 2 AM, which has significantly boosted my productivity and cognitive performance.
    This early start allows me to enter a state of deep focus, facilitating remarkable achievements in various areas. To date, as a high school student I've nearly mastered university-level mathematics in great depth, gained a profound understanding of psychology, neurology, the endocrine system, philosophy, and a variety of topics, developed a lean physique, and significantly improved my chess skill. These advancements have collectively enhanced my cognitive abilities, enabling me to perform better across all tasks.
    My base weekend routine is as follows, differing slightly during weekdays but consistent in the mornings (not in detail and also flexible for alterations from day to day):
    - 2:00 AM: Wake up
    - 2:10 AM: Home exercise to optimize time
    - 3:00 AM: Cold shower
    - 3:15 AM: Breakfast, while preparing lunch
    - 3:45 AM: Dive into studying mathematics in a flow state
    - 9:15 AM: Lunch
    - 9:35 AM: Continue studying mathematics
    - 11:00 AM: Switch to psychology, my secondary subject
    - 1:00 PM: reading, studying, playing chess, etc.
    - 4:00 PM: Dedicate time to self-care
    - 4:10 PM: Review what I've learned
    - 4:30 PM: Reflect on the day's learnings
    4:45 PM: Sleep

But believe me after i tried this my disease dissappeared , my morning routines is amazing and class topper cries because Currently i just beat her by absolute difference and became the no. 1 in my school

    7-10 pm is actually when I’m done eating for the day and its finally gets cool enough for me to go outside, read, and do cardio - basically be my most productive and flow state hrs. Ultimately, I feel like u don’t actually have to wake up at 3am if u can find some other way to maximize productivity and minimize sloth time as this video promotes. The most important thing is to assess the windows of time where u most often fall into bad/lazy habits and create a schedule to channel those blocks toward positive behaviors 🔥

I started exercising, reading books and started to learn touch typing and my speed went from 30 wpm to 110 wpm and from being a average guy in my class to scoring 95.6% in my high school.     It's not even 6 now, just finished my breakfast.. Had two soft boiled eggs and a cup of tomato - carrot soup. I took a short break and re-watching the video as my stomach is too full and I feel like I might vomit because there was too much water in the soup.

    Saw this video last night at around 8 pm. Since I had slept 3 hours from 4 to 7 pm, I decided to start today. So after the video, I went for dinner and switched off my room light except the night lights and did some cleaning for an hour. At 10, I switched off the night lights n all, it was 10:30 I layed down in pitch dark waiting for sleep. But it didn't come even when I tried. It's almost 1 am(I usually sleep at 11 pm, but still.. But then I managed to sleep and woke up at 3 am. It's almost 5 am now, I just finished my shower. Little ahead of time as I shouldn't work out for 2 hours since I'm not experienced. Not recommended by doctors I think.. Okie.. I'll boil some eggies!!

    My morning routine is pretty simple:
    1) get up at 5:45 am
    2) take a shit
    3) cycle till 6:30 am
    4) exercise till 7:00 am
    5) take a bath
    6)eat breakfast
    7) go to school at 8 am.

    Hi bro I love your content and high Value you provide for us.But as woman living with her parents ....
    Every thing you said is possible and I can do it
    Except the gym part for 3 reasons
    1-unsafety
    2-if I choose to do this at home I may annoy my parents
    3- I have chronic disease
    The purpose is helping md out figure out alternative .
    Is it efficient to try out yoga (quiet ) and leave the cardio in the afternoon (get tired and sleep better )
    And speaking of reading books can I watch youtube video or read pdf

      I think you can definitely do yoga or calisthenics or whatever works for you. The aim is a having a healthy body.......gym can surely help but can be considered as unnecessary, you can totally Stay in good shape without ever hitting the gym as long as you consistently stick to your workout routine(yoga or whatever you choose) and maintains an healthy diet,
      And yes you can also read pdfs of books, If you can get yourself a hardcopy of the book you're reading that'll be better but pdfs can work too in my opinion
