I have to say this is your best video so far. Three weeks ago I started becoming an early riser at 6am. I was productive in every way (especially because of your book) and everything was cool. But then I wanted an “even better” morning routine. So I got up at 5am. It went well for the first few days, but the 7 hours of sleep started to make me a failure again because I had no energy left. I started getting up at 6 a.m. again and I was productive again.
    The 5 a.m. routine isn't bad, but I work from 1 to 9:30 p.m., so I can never get the 8 hours for 5 a.m.
Thank you for pointing out my unconscious mistake, now i can prevent this in the future. My absolute favorite channel

dont force yourself to sleep less, its just plainly stupid. No one is productive for 17hours a day, its straight up impossible in longrun. Also its better to be really productive for 2hours than slightly productive for 4 hours which u will be when u dont sleep enough.

So i tried this and decided to study daily as a habit also making myself more disciplined. Basically our class decided to give us a sudden test . Because i was studying every day i knew everything before hand so i did the test easily and I finished the test way before others. So guys try this and i swear you will feel more powerful and ahead of others.
As for controlling my emotions , I mastered this by meditating. It’s hard at first but once you try it, it’s gonna become easier. I’m not a pro at controlling my emotions yet but I’m still learning along the way!

Controling emotions is mostly based on how you respond to new situations. For exemple: If you understand that the first one who loses composture or his calm is most likely to not be able to make a quick decision in some certain situations you can realize that you have to stay calm.
I can't say I was reacting well at new or dangerous situations at first, but I started watching anime and I kind of got used with the idea of unexpected. (I watched: 'Bungo Stray Dogs', 'Happy sugar life', 'Talentless Nana', 'Tomodachi game', 'Suịcìde boy' and 'Monster')

Hey, good video bud! I got one problem which I don't know if it is right to share it in here but I don't know what to do with it. I have been productive for most part of the year, I wake up at 5 in the morning, go for a run, study daily, meditate daily and I am also into body building. I am a med student and even though I find it difficult to manage all of this and studies, I still try my best. I am a 5'11 guy, quite good looking and I am liked by most people even though I am a complete introvert and in most scenarios I don't like to talk with people and prefer to be alone. But here's the problem- even though I know that am doing great I feel like I am not doing enough. Everyday I wake up with some kind of disgust on myself. People consider me to be depressed nowadays and I think I might be coz today itself I noticed that I crossed the road without looking on either sides. It might not be much but its bothering me. Idk who can help me but whatever advice you might have to give could be helpful.
    .

I think part of the reason I opened up to this in here was maybe because I found this community good.

I do boxing, but also muay thai is amazing. I totally recommend it. At some point in your life, you'll want to train some grappling too though. I recommend Judo and for ground work bjj but even better wrestling. If you can do all boxing, judo and wrestling, you will be an absolute unit. However, don't get impulsive with this. Focus on mastering one first. You'll be pretty unstoppable anyway, so use your better judgement.

I'll have to say this, if you're aiming to practice martial arts for self defence on the streets there's 2 options. First is where there's many guys surrounding you. In this case, i'd suggest you don't fight, and instead choose the flight option, because lets be real you aren't getting away from that fight unscathed. The second option is when it's a 1 on 1 situation. In which case you should probably learn boxing like the video stated, but in all honesty I would suggest learning grappling and takedown martial arts like judo more. The main reason is because grappling martial arts has a much higher win rate against normal people who don't train than boxing does. If you get taken down to the floor and you have zero to little experience in the ground game, it's pretty much game over from there. Boxing on the other hand isn't a sport that is practical in real life scenarios where groin hits are avoided and there's no eye poking techniques. You also wouldn't want to box against someone larger than you (in that case i would suggest running away like option 1 because larger people tend to be slower on their feet) but that isn't all true when it comes to grappling. You can go watch the One Championship match Demetrious vs Rodtang and you'll see what I mean. In short, i'd suggest mainly focusing on grappling if you can but still have basics in striking martial arts like boxing or even better muay thai (better because it is deadlier and more usefull in real life scenarios)

Hey, how about making a video on isagi youichi. He is someone who finds the best in his opponents and evolves to devour those qualities. He crushes his opponents ego's and shows his allies that they can grow if they stick with him.His thought process seems more rational than ayanokoji as well.

Amazing video as always, except for one thing. Hitting abs everyday is practically pointless, you should treat them like every other muscle group (they are engaged in most compound movements anyway, so spamming crunches 6x a week is a waste of time, do an ab-circuit 2x a week or so)

Man, thank you! I have watched countless self-help videos and read many books, but unfortunately never really took action.
This video however, clicked with me. I took notes on it and started working on my mindset, repeatedly coming back to this and your other videos.
From someone who was a depressed druggie and sick all the time, I first quit all drugs at the same time, and started hitting the gym and picking up meditation and also optimizing my nutrition.
Its only one and a half month ago that I started this journey, but I'm already noticing great benefits. My learning ability is coming back, my body is getting stronger, and meditation allows me to question and reflect on my thoughts and emotions, to have better control of them. I'm not depressed anymore, have energy for the whole day (instead of sleeping most of it), and have a way better outlook on life.
So I think I am on the right track, and I just need to keep up my dedication and get better every day. Once again, thanks for your great help!
