Forgotten 40 Year old Mini Brush Mower Restoration

I have had a passion for repair since I was a child, Many rusty or broken metal tools are often discarded if not restored. Many tools will be reused for use. It is simply sharing skills, or simply entertaining videos. Hope you guys can help me complete this restoration, thanks for watching!

Why is the trimmer guard that high up the shaft? Any debris that is cut will be flung at you, apart from that, interesting video.
