All food for thought here.
Thank you for the video.
Thanks for the great tip on the water for a better branding. Didn’t know this one.
Glad it helped!
Very nice cart indeed! I can see why you would want bigger casters now 👍🏼
Go ahead and move that sandpaper box now. You know it’s gonna drive you crazy until you do 😂😂
Thanks! Haha that's probably true I should move it.
That sunset though! 🌅
Somehow I always seem to catch it on film lol
Great system, Brandon. I'm sure it will help in the shop at work. Take care.
Bill
Thanks Bill!
Grab-handles (either screwed in or cut out of the carcass) might be a worthwhile addition. Something to make it easier to grab and drag around.
Yea I thought about it but just grabbing the side or one of the boxes seems to work well
I like your style very cool nice job
Thank you! Really appreciate that.
Nice design, just need to get a bigger home shop now.
And fyi it's only a bolt if it gets a nut on the end, otherwise it's a screw.
Haha makes sense!
VEry nice. About that pocket hole jig....what is it? I only have 3 Kreg jigs but I like the clamp on this one.
I linked it in the description. It's the armor tool upgrade for the k4! 👍
This is a brilliant design and i might just build this if i can figure out how to make it small enough to fit my shop
Thanks! Yea it can be modified pretty much endlessly. 👍
Hi Brandon,
Nice project. I may need to make something similar for my space. Wondering if that was the Golden Gate in the night time shot?
Keep on creating.
Mike
Thanks Mike! No I'm about 3 hours away from SF.
Would you happen to have plans for this? I’m getting ready to build one and really like yours.
I don't. Sorry. But I'd just make it to fit your shop. 👍
Super cool build! I would love to have enough clamps to build a cart for them 😂😂😂. Got any tips on getting a sponsorship or who to reach out to?
Haha just pick one and try to build a relationship with them. Listen to the made for profit podcast for some awesome tips on that. 👍
Where did you get your branding iron? Looks great
From gearheart industry. There is a link and coupon code in the description 👍
Goog project...but its much easy whwn you use a metric system....i know its hard on begining..but its sooo much easy
I like it! Now I can make one too when someone sends me $20k in clamps! Lol
That sand paper box issue (where you can't screw it in if the shelves are glued in), you could just buy an extension for your impact. They sell 6" and 12" ones at home depot or wherever really. The Bosch ones hold the bits like your impact driver chuck, and there are others that don't but fit in narrower places. They come in handy those times when you need that one tool, that only does one thing well.
Haha it's about $1500 in clamps. Yea the extention was my plan. Thanks for watching!
@@WalkersWoodworks That is still a lot of money, but definitely less than my estimate!
I honestly like the Pony clamps I have better than the BESSEY ones. They seem smoother for some reason.
I agree.
What blade are you using on your table saw these days?
Amana Tool prestige series combo blade most of the time. I think it's 40 or 50 tooth
What gauge brads do you use?
18ga
Wow, If I had known all you had to do was call companies when you’re short of some thing I would’ve done that years ago. I’m short of a tablesaw a new bandsaw, 20 inch planer, 12 inch joiner maybe a new drum sander too. Who do I call for that? 🤣😂
Lol I'll let you know when I figure that one out lol.
What up with that sweet kreg jig mod?
It's awesome! Linked it in the description.
What does mine say!?!
Sweet!!!
Reason for video: not enough clamps at the Shop. Gets clamp sponsor for video. Doesn’t use ONE. SINGLE. CLAMP.
😂 I suppose. Definitely use them on a daily basis at the shop though.
@@WalkersWoodworks haha.. just having a bit of fun. Great video!
Thanks!
Kuhl
Thanks!
C'mon man, after all that plywood cutting, fitting and screwing, you used a couple of construction screws to hold your strap clamps............I am disappointed
Haha it was an after thought.
@@WalkersWoodworks I am sure it was, but at least you could have put a couple of quick dowels in :)
Yea I was in a hurry lol
@@WalkersWoodworks Great build and I am sure it will be used by everyone in the shop.
