And this applies just as much to marketing as to sales, whether we're talking about processes, tools, sales pitches or objection handling! The concept could be called "FILL THE EMPTY AT ALL TIMES! AT ALL COSTS! Whatever the churn, lost opportunities, or loss of brand reputation".
