Very methodical, very impressive. Classic example of influencing your subconscious into who you want it to be.

    May I be well
    May I be happy
May I be free from suffering
    May I make progress
To yourself, a platonic friend, a neutral person, to a difficult person, hold hands and say it together, then say it to the world; the short, the fat and the skinny 😂❤️

are each of the 5 stages to be completed in one meditation sitting, or is it a progression over time, from one stage to the next?

I'm really dubious about this practice
We're using dualism to overcome its opposite despite love and hate being the same thing.
Both are two heads of a hydra.
Isn't this going against the practice of Buddhism?
Instead when we feel passion or hatred or anger to remain neutral and not induce state's of control.
