Interesting that a stocks and shares ISA possibly be counted as Cash. Thank you for that info 😊 But what I'm trying to find if the dividends from companies in a stocks and shares ISA are recognised against the 18.6k income?

Regarding the cash savings part, for the investment, stocks, shares, bonds or trust funds and also the property part, if I intended to sell any of those, but those investments, property, etc are outside the UK, can we included those for the cash saving requirements?
