If you need assistance or have any questions after you check-in, you can always go to the Nordic Homes Resort Office. The office is open from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Important note on use of Playstation:
Please handle the game disks and machine with care. Any damage (such as scratches or mechanical damage or loss) to disks or the machine will be charged Php 1,000.
Also provided for your comfort:
●Towels for all registered guests
●Toiletries (roll tissue, body wash and shampoo)
●Slippers
●Fresh linens and fitted sheets for the sofa beds
●Mattress with linens for extra guest in excess of four upon request
●Comforter and light blanket
●Basic kitchen equipment and utensils
(microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator)
●Kape Barako and Tea with sugar and creamer
●Dishwashing Liquid with Sponge
●Tableware
House Rules:
Pet Policy
Only SMALL pet allowed with a fee of Php 700 each
Pet needs to wear diaper inside the house, Php 3000 security damage deposit refundable if no any damages on sofa. Each piss on sofa/bed will be charged Php3000 extra cleaning fee
NO SMOKING or VAPING in the room especially in the CR.
STRICTLY NO VISITORS
Visitors are included in the head count and will be charged similarly with guests.
And we don’t have Drivers Quarter, if the driver stayed inside the car the drivers fee is Php 300
QUIET HOURS
In consideration for other the guests booked at the resort, quite hours start from 10pm to 5am and strictly implemented, no loud music or noise. Please keep down disturbing noise, by 10pm all lights in the common area will turn off. All guest must stay inside their house after 10pm. If Barangay /Police show up due to noise we will deduct the amount of Php2000 in your security deposit to pay the penalty imposed by the barangay/police.

COOKING
Tiny House Sunrise and Tiny House Sunshine do not have stove
Main House, Tiny House Boho and Tiny House Joy has stove
The Common kitchen is complete with amenities for your cooking needs. It is equipped with 2 stoves with 2 burners. Each unit can use only one stove burner since others may also be cooking. The kitchen is open 24 hours.
MAIN HOUSE KITCHEN
Strictly no frying and grilling at the Main House kitchen.
Boiling, stewing and reheating are the only cooking activities allowed inside the Main House kitchen. We trust our guests enjoy cooking, use all kitchen appliances with care and clean like kitchen like it is their own.
For your GRILLING needs a BBQ station is available with a FEE of Php 300 per use, including gas or charcoal. If you bring your own charcoal and clean the grill after will be no fee.
For SAMGYUP Grill, it is available on request at our office with a FEE of Php 300. We allow Korean BBQ only at the BBQ Station.
We always want our Resort to be fresh-smelling for you and the next guests.
After cooking, clean kitchen thoroughly and wipe kitchen walls of oil splatters. Please wash dishes and pots after use.
CLAYGO: Clean As You Go please.
Garbage bin is provided for every unit and around the Resort premises. #staycation #tagaytay
