What surprised me is, I applied on 30th June 2024 and got my Visa 3rd July.... merely 3 days. Although the site was under some work on 30th and 1st, I got it so soon. Now during document upload process, it appears the section to upload document is common for all the members in the application right? My passport will be expiring by June 2025. So would you recommend getting a new passport or I can apply for the tourist visa straight away ? 2. 1) I am an Australian Citizen and lives in Melbourne. I am applying tourist visa for my mother who is in India. In this case, if I am using my immiaccount, am I the applicant or my mum is an applicant?
2) On my mother’s passport, there is no surname given. If I don’t enter surname in immiaccount on online application, it doesn’t let me move forward. Please advise

Hi you can use your immi account to do your mothers application.
2) if your mother doesn’t use a surname, please enter her name in the surname section & leave the given name blank

I am an Indian doctor working towards pursuing my further career in Australia. I have few doubts about the tourist visa subclass 600.
1. My passport will be expiring by June 2025. So would you recommend getting a new passport or I can apply for the tourist visa straight away ?
2. I am at present applying for jobs in Australia and if shortlisted I plan on attending face to face interview.
Due to which I don’t have a scheduled or planned itinerary. So what proof or document should I attach to prove being a genuine traveller.
Anyways I am employed in a hospital, would a bonafide or job offer letter (that I received at the start of employment suffice. I started working in this hospital a couple months back.
Because without a proper date I can’t ask for NOC.

Hi, great video...one question. For financial documents that are pertaining to investments (say mutual funds), does one need them to be CA certified, or just the ones downloaded from the asset management companies' site will do. I understand that bank statement will need bank stamp.
Getting it certified is not really a requirement but no harm in submitting attested docs , it’s entirely your choice :)

The process I explained in this video is for a evisa so you dont need any stamping in the passport. The Visa will be issued via email :)

In this case how to make planned activities, as we do not have any planned locations, Will roam around as he will be free or otherwise, will roam around alone sometimes.
