thank you for your information and tips. yesterday I submitted my request, but I have 2 questions. firstly, I received a message on my account that 2 Recommended documents need to be attached. 1- is Group tour details (group name list, itinerary) 2 - is Family register and composition form (if applicable). yesterday he notified me before the paid stage that these 2 sections are empty because I did not upload any documents.
