    Whatever you build in Miami, it becomes a success This will double your property values. And on traffic don't need to worry I am five minutes away❤ Miami.

    Does Miami really need a Mega mall? Start with the infrastructure and metro rail first. I would like to see this come to fruition but, nice affordable homes, apartments, and shopping district is needed way more than this project. Make the American Dream affordable.

    As much traffic and snow birds that it will attract here in Miami. It WILL provide ALOT of people jobs. Aventura mall will now have decent competition.

    I’m so worried what this is going to do to the environment. The Everglades is a delicate and unique ecosystem that we need to protect. I know it’s not just this project but the growth of the state as a whole that’s messing it all up but this is going to be insult to injury. It’s really sad.

      @@SamMcKinleyowned by the same people, this will be over twice the size of the one in New Jersey, New Jersey one is second biggest in America after mall of America, and one in Miami will be twice the size.

    This is interesting I read about this coming to Miami in my book for my business class. As I can think of maybe this place should be built on the property of the Miami Seaquarium if it was to permanently close down.

    Construction has started, but let me tell you…..us residents of Miami don’t want it whatsoever, if this mall is built, I would be 13 mins away in driving distance…..traffic already gets rough in the evening, with that shit built, traffic is gonna be 24/7

    • @boywonder3056
      @boywonder3056 Год назад +2

      @@shutup5407 that’s still not going to stop the traffic, they are expected to have 30,000 visitors per day, bridge or not traffic will come, plus the cost of living will also increase, overall that mall is going to negatively affect the locals
