She took Polka's farm and even write at the journal that she already become Polka. Polka saw that (from heavens) and because Sui-chan can't participate in the final day, this happen.
Thank you for all the recent Polka translations, and a very, very long overdue thank you for all of the Ui-mama and Rikotan translations. At best I’d only be vaguely aware that they existed if not for your work translating them.❤

If you watch the day before (Wither/Raid), Suisei was taking care of Polka's farm after her death. It was fun listening to Luna writing her note while reading it, then she fastread the whole thing.
2:15 Not sure 100% sure, but this is what i heard miko say:「今度すいーちゃんは憑依してる」 I think Miko's saying that "this time, [it's] Sui-chan's [turn to be] possessed", not that she's "being represented".
I remember a different clip/stream showing someone read Suisei's diary and it said she was Polka. The message was a bit different from this one though.

Polka could definitely pass as Suisei to the unsuspecting. She'd get found out pretty quickly, though, if you know where to look~
