If I was being really picky - i say that’s a T-Copter not a Y 😄. I used to build and fly tricopters, T-copters and they were different. Wonder what happened to simplecopter…showing my age there! Keep up the great videos!
Hello! For drift car chasing would you buy the Y6 or something else instead? My geprc cinebot30 is not powerful enough if a gopro is attached to make footage.
And again an excellent review, the last Hexa i build was ages ago, and was a AliExpress F550 Flamewheel Clone, with an Pixhawk Controller. It was flying great, but was a nightmare in terms of battery runtime. 2x 5200mah 4S but still just 15 minutes even with just a GoPro and a 3 Axis Gimbal.
Cool novelty factor is the biggest plus but not too keen on relearning how to fly because for me acro is what’s up. Also the motors maybe could be a little more beefy. I might pick one up tho just cuz. Another good Rimzler report. Thanks
I would like to hear a follow up, after you acclimate to flying with higher camera tilt. I imagine you will have a pretty different take on the whole thing after a dozen packs. The low weight, and extra props should be tremendous! Makes me think about using it as a chase rig for faster vehicles (maybe rc jets?). I noticed that the action cam on top REALLY blocks the airflow to the rear props :( Probably best without it
Great review and drone, but dual motor setup - never - will be more efficient than a quad setup, it's fact. Nevertheless, it's a great drone, the 6in1 aio is sweeeeet :)
Nothing new, we already seen 3 arms drones before and they turned out to be a bad design. No wonder people and manufacturers stopped making these. Bardwell had last year a video about bad designs since the first drone models and this 3 arm design was among them. I wouldn't be surprised if this model gets discontinued early
Straight up my favourite drone channel on YT right now. Remember us when this channel blows up!
12:55 "I don't wanna acro too much"
*immediately proceeds to do Powerloops*
ive been waiting for someone to do a review of this drone! thank you!!
T-copters are comprised on the yaw axis, that with your very high cam angle is what is getting you uncoordinated with the yaw and roll.

Yeh, tricopter Y6 is nothing new, LOL
Technically it’s not a T ether, it’s a cross
@@YOKokob 😄 True
Funny thing: i just asked you in the comments of previous video "will you do the review for this drone" - and you uploaded it :)
Curious why you didn't film the takeoff?
iv been eyeing this drone
New shape of drone! ;D Y copters with gyros and a servo was where all privet drones started!

what is the best 5 inch and the best fpv drone under 250 grams (with a digital camera)?
The FC Stack will be available in one week. AddictiveRC will have them.

I'm with you on a good way to carry one big one medium and one small I have actually been wanting to let go of somethings to get down to just that.
Looks nice, I think its for heavy camera.

Interesting note about the action cam and the rear props, thanks!
Thanks for doing this..
is the latency on o3 so strong as we see on this video? the dvr shows the fast rolls really later than the internal video
Great review 👍🏼
If i order a drone (~400$) from germany at the geprc website is there going to be tax fees?
Great vid.
I think you don't like the camera angle?

Dji control link?
wondering the same how did he get it to work
2 parole e ho subito capito eri italiano ahah grande 💪🏽
glad you didnt broke more props, we wouldnt see the action mounted part of the video xD
Look weird, but cool!
Could this frame be used with only 3 motors and propellers? If so it could be really useful to ukraine fpv squads
3 motors needs a servo on the back motor to swivel, but you can run it with 4 motors (1 left, 1 right, 2 in back) called a Y4 config
The question is in its name: WHY 6? Three or four motors would have done the same job with less weight and easier compatibility with existing ESCs.
where are the chicken? 🐓
Soooo, a hundred dollars less given one less arm? 😂
Good chit man, booom 👊👍👍🇺🇸
The original idea belongs to Ludo Treize
and the drone called : frelon y6 frame
HGLRC had stolen it from Ludo. Shame on them !!!
