I love how we (British people) would just play the national anthem if the world ended.
So would the folks from the other side of the pond, with their national anthem.
Same in America
The second we find out we’re about to die from a nuke or something we’re just like *O’ SAY CAN YOU SEE*
God Save The Queen. I’d say “get with the times, mate, she’s brown bread now”, but this was uploaded a month before she died.
@@CorgiponYou talking to us, buster??
I agree am british
“London has disappeared”
Them: plays lift music on standby
Gotta keep spirits up
“London has disappeared”
I used to pray for times like this 🙏 😭
what the fuck
This is good although we wouldn’t use that siren in the uk, and we would most likely have a British accent tts. It’s very well made though!
We don't have a siren at all in the UK. All wartime sirens have been decommissioned and even if they were still in place, double glazed windows would stop most of the sound waves.
@@hamish8283 it's just a long beep
Actually, there re many sirens in the U.K, most of which are used by volunteer fire stations or are part of different siren systems. The nationwide siren system has been disconnected, but there are still modern sirens located throughout the country, though not everywhere.
@@hamish8283 they send the messages to your phone or TV these days, that is what makes the siren noise. It doesn't sound too dissimilar actually.
@@hamish8283 Calderdale
A 30Km diameter sphere is too small to contain London. It's a massive city!
This would still be a tragedy.
This will surely affect the trout population
Unless BBC Has A Other Studio Then They Would Not Be Able To Broadcast This Because The BBC Studio Is In London
Yeah, even if they did not air on the actual bbc due to London disappearing, we would still have BBC Scotland or BBC Wales
They have other major studies in England like Birmingham or Manchester they could send the message from, most likely Birmingham because that is where they go to when something is wrong with the London studio
@@SMF381 "Normal programming has been suspended, and the transmission of emergency information will begin... That's except for viewers in Scotland, who've got their own programmes."
It'll be from Media City, Salford most likely these days
MediaCityUK would be used I think
Alternate Ending: The black circle expands and swallows the universe
We wouldn't have an American accent on an emergency broadcast
So is this fake then?
@@ORANGEuiCPL no london did disappear its just the american cover
London: (disappears)
The usa: yes
Australia: no
The rest of the UK: this is fine
I wouldn't mind if London disappeared the capital would be moved to Manchester or Sheffield
Russia: what's going on?
me, in a random town not in London:
uh ok then
Guys I am from London and I can confirm I died a death.
Thanks for clearing it up
May you rest in piece.
im sorry for yoy loss. you want a cup of tea
“More than 10 million people have disappeared. This is the greatest tragedy to happen in human history, we shall play the national anthem.”
Bro what 💀 u gon just end the broadcast like that bro?
It's ok, as the Doctor will save us

Woo ooh wooooooo

Who?
The title of "London has disappeared " is so funny for some reason
Yeah 😂😂
"The highest member of the Royal Family in the line of succession to be found is Harold, Duke of Sussex, his wife Meghan and his children. He is being flown into Birmingham from Los Angeles and will be named King Harold III."
Noooooooo
Harry’s full name isn’t even Harold?
Wouldn't it be King Henry the IV or V somewhere there
@@thubelihlemaphanga4678 Yes Probably. :)
@@thubelihlemaphanga4678 Not V- V is 5 Henry IX is correct
Wow! You really deserve more recognition
Wait, wouldn’t the BBC Broadcasting House be destroyed in this event?
Maybe its atcually not in london? Idk
It's I think somewhere in Dublin.
They do it somewhere else
@@Lightmations2024 The only regional branch of the BBC on Ireland in it’s entirety is BBC Northern Ireland, so it probably would be broadcasted in Belfast if it’s the case. So maybe this was broadcasted in Bristol or somewhere else.
@@Diogo2cool Maybe Wales since they have the same format as the normal England version of the BBC other than the difference between BBC Scotland and BBC Northern Ireland.
Us brits will play elevator music before everyone dies x
Hi tmf fan
"Oh thank god! It was all a bad dream..."
-Manchester
Great work, but needs some improvement:
-The TTS voice that should be used should be a UK voice, since this is an emergency broadcast for the UK.
-Pretty sure they wouldn’t use SAME tones for the emergency alert (they’re used for America’s Emergency Alert System, plus they’re played three consecutive times) since they typically have designated alerts (such as tests like the Required Weekly and Monthly Tests, weather alerts from the National Weather Service, alerts from Civil Authorities, etc) and have other information (like counties that the alert is being relayed to) that are decoded. There isn’t a name for a designated alert here. I don’t think the BBC would incorporate this technology, let alone the UK, especially that there isn’t as many counties as the US has.
the tts is actually irish english, youre just confused
this is underrated! however this siren would not be used in the uk. well done!
Oh thank god! The worst part of the country is gone!
@Hugo Guidon Yeah, london is a shithole moneypit
you forgot about birmingham
@Hugo Guidon 🤓

Why are people scared? This is good news!
Exactly
why do you want london gone you american britches
a bit unrealistic because it has the USA alert
oh thank god, no more Eastenders 😂
"London has disappeared" We did it... we won.
But how will this affect LeBron’s legacy?
@@CometMedalChavez still on 60hz
Every day since this came out I've gone to sleep wishing that London would in fact disappear
If London disappeared wouldn't there be no BBC News report about it since the BBC studios is in central London
Could be from another branch like from media city in greater Manchester
yeah, they do have other studios, they'd probably switch to the birmingham one
"London has dissapeared"
Me who doesn't even live in UK: WAHT
LONDON IS GONE. LONDON IS GONE. *plays calm upbeat music*
I have watched some of these in the past, but this one?. THE BEST :)!
Somewhere in the North, people tut and go 'Well that's just typical of the BBC with their London-centric output'.
Did no one observe the American accent on a British channel? 😅
However, great effort!
Universe was correcting itself
Finally, London is gone. This is the best day ever 🙏
How may countries/cities are the SCP Foundation going to inadvertently make disappear?

There should be a part two.

I wonder how hard it would be to get somewhere to play this.
I have just discovered unprotected devices on my apartment building's network and it is taking every fiber of my being not to play this.

If this was Birmingham, it wouldn't be the EAS. It would be the News receiving and celebrating the city's dissapearance.
"We will end the broadcast with the national anthem" proceeds to play the Liechtenstein anthem with incorrect lyrics
Uh oh London became grass time to move to Devon
Someone has a very vivid imagination! Good fun though, makes a change from the usual nuclear attack stuff.
Good job!
I love how the UK uses the US EAS instead of their EAS.
London disappeared: Scotland be like: yes now I rule
How will this affect the Lego 501st battlepack stocks
Now a new city can be the capital
this will heavily impact the stock markets
How would this affect LeBron James legacy?
Plot twists: some used domain expansion 💀💀💀
I think British people would care more that the person telling us this ain't British
The lobby music in an emergency alert tho 💀
I love how the British anthem sounds nothing like America’s “Let Freedom Ring 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Lyrics in the anthem
This was released in august this year(2022)
Someone's been watching too much Dr Who!
Yep, I'm pretty sure BBC News' emergency service features captions written in convoluted, inconsistent, awkwardly-written American English, a naff voice-to-speech narrator speaking with an American accent, distances given in kilometers, wild speculations about aliens and supernatural occurences, and reports the most important breaking news story in the entire history of humanity by playing some shite lift music, showing a blurry video of the scene shot by a member of the public with no commentary, playing the national anthem, and then everybody buggers off home for the night and the channel closes down.
Totally realistic mate, definitely.
These are always unintentionally hilarious

*I SAY RIGHT FOOT CREAM WALKING WITH THAT EEL-*
What the...? How did the UK get the US EAS alarm?
Oop Mah bad lemme just- *dies*
Commie
Love the AMERICAN voice and AMERICAN alarm
"It couldn't have just walked away."
This is really impressive how you made this! Nice work. (Mind if I ask how you made this?
London disappears, and Liverpool FC moves to 2nd in the Premier League. Sounds like a win, win.
Every big 6 and London club leaves the football World then every other club gets promoted
yo this is kinda scary
London: Disappears The BBC: Plays National Anthem.
Critical lack of any atmosphere
then the broadcasting house would disappear too
Apparently everyone with a British accent also disappeared
4:14 Bro went on MSPaint and drew a black circle over London
WAIT DID THE KING 💀
How is this broadcast even being aired when the BBC headquarters itself is in London?
This is inaccurate as BBC wouldn’t be broadcasting as their headquarters are located in London. So RIP BBC.
Did the daleks do it?
If this happened, the UK would likely move its capital to Manchester or Sheffield or something similar
0:01 BRO THAT'S THE USA EMS ALARM SOUND
1:49 i be vibin to that tune
“Schools will remain open”
Shame it wasn't Birmingham...
UK be like: oh it's the end of the world let's just do the anthem and it's sealed
1:31 I know London has disappeared and we should be worried and scared but the music… ima die to the music
Would have been more realistic if an American wasn't announcing it.

Who knows what might happen . Putin is getting desperate. Looking how people went into total meltdown over possibility of shortage of toilet paper , it won't take long to cause total chaos .
I made money because I am a doomsday pepper, I had thousands of them, because I live alone and order 24 rolls a week in preparation, I had bags of rice, pasta, spaghetti, tinned tomatoes, I sold them for 5 quid for 24vrolls, a bag of rice or pasta and four tins of chopped tomatoes. I kept people fed, and clean ahem, and made money, so what. I actually lost money in the long run, I just helped out and made my tobacco money from it
thats central london. i see heathrow
Y'all now that London is gone, what should be the next capital of Britain m8?
It's actually a toss-up between Manchester and Birmingham, depending on who you ask.
Nottingham
birmingham manchester or nottingham
hopefully next is Birmingham
you can tell this is fake, most british people use the term "woods" instead of "forest"
People who live in London: *"bruh"*
It's good but the eas tone is not correct. That one is not UK it is America's one
hi!! this is good, but i do have a criticism:
the BBC uses british english, not american english.
eg: color is spelt "colour"
One slight issue. Why would the UK use the US EAS tone?
LOOKS LIKE 3 YEAR OLD HAS DRAWN THAT PICTURE AT 5:14
I don't see the problem
Like the background muisc, but you do need to be aware that a British EAS would not use an Americn/Canadian voice over person.
America just copied the same melody for their national anthem, and that’s not Britain’s EAS tone.
If this would of happened I wouldn’t have been commenting
