Looks like nice warm day.
You know he’s foreal because the disturbed song in the background👏
😂 That's right!

Awesome mashup
I had a feeling you'd like it ;)
Great song!
I think so too :)
I started taking cold showers for a couple days so when I tried it I already knew what to expect. It's hard u just gotta focus & remain calm.
Right on!
I was going to share this until the music made my ears bleed
Don’t tell me you’re not a spice girls fan 😂
😂😂
Im doing my first one in the morning at 6am...nervous, not sure if i can do it, but ill keep trying each morning until i can do it.
You can do it!
where can I find the background soundtrack?
I’ve heard standing still creates a shield around your body so you don’t get as cold. Vs moving constantly to feel the cold on your body. Thoughts?
That’s is absolutely true. That’s why I started moving around while cold plunging. It’s significantly more uncomfortable 🥴
Lmao bet that water is 70 degrees
That water is 39 degrees my friend.
@@MichaelKummer just teasin my friend
how many gallons?
what size is your tub?
How big are you?
Where can I get a tub like this ?
Check out michaelkummer.com/health/plunge-review/ for all that info. I'm 6 feet tall.
What’re the other 4?
michaelkummer.com/health/ice-bath-benefits/. Ran out of time for a short :)
Okay 😂. Thought I was counting wrong.
WHY DOES NOBODY JUST TAKE A BATH IN THEIR BATHTUB PLEASE TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH ALL THE INFLUENCERS BATHTUBS WHY CANT THEY HANDLE COLD WATER
There is nothing wrong with filling your tub with water and ice. But if you want to take regular ice baths, using a dedicated tub that remains cold and doesn't require you to add ice all the time is more convenient.
@@MichaelKummerBut how do I keep the ice from melting, or the water from assuming room temperature ?
Plus the water should be changed anyway, every so often.
@@stevejoshua9536 The tub I use comes with a chiller/filter that keeps the water cold and clean 24/7. Without a chiller, your ice will melt and you have to keep pouring in fresh ice before every plunge. Some people use an old chest freezer to avoid having to pour in ice all the time but you'll still have to change the water frequently. Does that answer your question?
I could only do 40 seconds. My legs felt like they were about to fall off.
That's a good start! You'll get used to it :)
These just make me thirsty😅😅
How cold and how long?
As cold as you can handle and for 2-5 minutes.
.... Th... ... There's no ice...
That's because the water temperature in my tub is 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Cold enough to get all the benefits. But if it makes you feel tougher when you see ice, throw in a bag of ice cubes :)
I read 6 where’s the other 4 benefits? I’m ready to plunge💦 …after I read the next 4 BENEFITS♥️✌🏽🐢☕️😂
Ran out of time since shorts can only be 60-seconds long. You can find the remaining benefits at michaelkummer.com/health/ice-bath-benefits/
You need a taller plunge
A larger plunge would be nice. Unfortunately, the company I got mine from didn't make their XL version until after I got mine.
@@MichaelKummer Yeah but you need it, too big for that one. Sell it and buy the xl. Sure there's a market for it considering how popular cold plunges have become recently
Also help you not get sick again
Right on!
@MichaelKummer I am going to the beach and dive in 2 times a month and not get sick. Imagine every damn day
