Hi, Cool vid so thanks for uploading it. Was wondering if you have had 'balancing' issues putting these on the trays? I noticed they were quite slanted at one point, or is this a problem thats been sorted in its design? Secondly, is there (in your experience) a max weight per tray that it can manage to still turn easily? Thirdly - what thickness of rod are you using? Lastly- whats the weight capability of the motor you use? Many thanks for your assistance (from an experienced bbqer), CP
From the time you set the ribs on the rib-o- lator how long do you think the cook time is? I’m doing baby backs for the Super Bowl this Sunday I was thinking of doing the 321 method but not sure if it’s necessary with the rib-o-lator. Temperature setting around 225 to 300?
About 4 hours. The 321 method is not recommended on the Rib-O-Lator. These were cooked at 270F. You know they are done when the ribs pass the bend test. You can see Brian doing that at the 3:00 mark.
So, what’s the deal about this? I’ve been told my ribs are “it” without this. What I imagine, is drippings from the slab on top are falling on the slab below. Is that it? I just got the Spit On Fire rotisserie set for the Weber Summit Charcoal. After all the money I’ve spent on the Weber Summit Charcoal and the Spit on Fire rotisserie kit, i don’t care about spending more money, but it has to make sense - to me. So, what exactly is the difference the rotation is making - in taste and texture?
Perfect song for a perfect video! I plan to get one of these soon. I already have the rotisserie that I use on the Weber. I am a new subscriber.

Ribs are way better when you don’t wrap. Learn to go wrap free and it will change your rib game!

What is that barrel looking thing you're putting on the Weber at 0:38 and where can you get one? Cool video, good tune
That's the rotisserie adapter ring. You can find that and the Rib-O-Lator on Amazon.
Hum...where can I find this? Can you place a link to your website so I can just click on the link and not have to surf for it....thanks
Amazon.
I wonder if I can find this rib-o-lator for my weber 26.75 kettle?
Yes, you can! www.ribolator.com. Call BOB and he will set you up! 206-999-0962

were they the expandable trays on the video? I have a 22.5" smokey mountain weber. which one do recommend?
Actually this was original prototype of the Rib-O-Later. The regular ROL will work great on your WSM.
