This Diving Scene makes Decepticons much smarter and decisive species than Autobots and NEST Team.

My presumptioni is that the other one would be Bonecrusher who was DeParted only its HEAD at 1st Film by Optimus Prime and be repaired by Constructicon memebers (originally Bonecrusher were one of them) individuals arising toward us.
