    Currently trying to get my backstroke split of my 2 IM to at least 29.9 at a 31.00 rn, going for that 1.59.99 2IM. Your videos are helping a lot man!

    Nice! Now do tips and drills for fly. I usually pause out front longer than I should. It’s hard to get the flow down.

    How can you do backstroke without water entering the nose? Had to wear nose clip.

      I just scrunch by nose together instinctually while swimming, but that’s not for everyone. I know lots of backstrokers that prefer nose clips
