With the sanitation worker one - I can see going back to the depot and giving them the police report and saying "Well, the woman thinks that us picking up trash is stealing from her, so we need to put her on a list to not pick up from at all."
Trash collectors can and will put the entire HOA on a do not collect list, forcing them, due to this, to now pay a private trash company to collect the trash for them. Private companies charge a lot more, and the HOA will forever be forced to have to explain to the members exactly why they are banned from the city collection, and who is responsible for them now needing to shell out a few hundred dollars per member each month for this. Karen will find that her yard is now the designated trash dump site, with all the HOA members dropping off their garbage at her door for her to handle. Only going to be solved when she moves, selling the house at a loss, because any viewing will have mounds of garbage on the property.
@@SeanBZAthis gives my brain a very happy thought to ruminate on. Thank you for that. I’m going to fall asleep with a smile on my face thinking about the Karen’s this has happened to.
Story 1, I know the option is almost never given to the victim, but sometimes you need to use your rights and tell the DA (district attorney) that you REFUSE to offer the 'Karen' any plea deal without your explicit approval.
Story 2: ECs are going to get a harsh dose of reality when whatever money they get from the stolen valuables runs out....and given what they are used to, it will run out very quickly. Even if EP does not press charges against them, they will get into trouble some other way and likely end up in jail.
We don’t have Wal-Mart in Scotland or the UK, but they own Asda. The worst experience I’ve had in Asda was on a hot summer’s day where a woman doing her shopping had decided that it was appropriate to wear her skirt as a dress. She was in her 60’s, around 200lbs, wearing a pleated, brown skirt, pulled up to cover the ends of her boobs. This made the front of the skirt just cover her knickers when she was still but not when she was walking. It was a terrible sight!
Listening to the I Dont Work Here story in the beginning of the video, reminds me of 2 instances with my brother that I witnessed both of which happened as soon as he finished his shift at work and the back of his work shirt says staff at the stores he was asked for assistance but told the fellow shoppers that he didn't work there and showed them the logo of where he works at and they apologized
Garbage bins have long been considered not-private-property. SCOTUS has ruled on this. The case was about cops taking someone’s trash, so they can search it for probable cause to enter the rest of your property. The logic is that anything in the trash, is in the trash because you don’t want it. You’re literally giving it to the city or county. That means it’s public property.
I used to work as an IT consultant, mostly phone systems. So one time, I was replacing the phones for a community college. And my customer contact insisted that I confirm each phone had the right dial plan. Some people can make international calls, most cannot. Phones in empty cubicles had almost no rights to call off campus. Lobby phones were also pretty locked down. But I did have to test that each phone could call 911, and that the 911 operator got the correct location. Normally, when you get a range of numbers to be used on a big campus, or a skyscraper, they all just point you to the head office, even if the person in crisis is half a mile away, or on the 12th floor. You have to submit a list of all that stuff to the county. And I ended up calling 911 for like two hours, as I walked across the campus. After half an hour, they all had seen me make enough calls that they didn’t even ask me what my emergence. So I’d heard ringing, and the agent would just tell me “Science building, second floor, west half.” They also thought testing every phone was drastic overkill, and we bonded over stupid customer requests. But, it was a mostly a rural county. And I guess someone crashed their car, and it was now on fire. And every person driving past the burning wreckage called 911. So they couldn’t deal with me and my test calls. Best part was they invited me to come visit. I figured I owed them each a couple beers for bothering them so hard. Every one of them was veteran in a wheelchair. They specifically recruited from VA hospital patients. Vets are already trained to keep their cool under stress, how to work in a hierarchy, and how to interact with other vets. (Cops and EMTs tend to have a lot of vets as well, so having a good working relationship with first responders is critical for the job.)
The third story, while it might fit with malicious compliance, it could have also fit well into petty revenge. However sometimes for someone to grow in their career, they need to leave where they're at. In the end though their former employer did them a favor. Plus who knows, they may one day end up back there working.
Howdy Hi Ripe/JB/Dexter & Disnii,, Great Stories today they go Really well with Cocktails,, keep up your amazing work & I will see you all tomorrow, have a wonderful Christmas Eve, May Santa bring you many wonderful things,,😹😹😹😻😻😻⭐⭐⭐⭐🥃🥃🥃🥃
The first story, the entitled chavette tried to make a false claim and threw a tantrum like a spoiled toddler. She should have been charged with more than assault. She should have had the added charges of harassment, stalking, and unlawful detainment. Which she did by blocking the poster's egress. Also she might have even been charged with impersonation as per her claim of owning that store. Which I don't think the descendants of Sam Walton (the founder of Walmart) would have appreciated her claim.
It would fall under false impressment and you can legally go hands on to get them out of your way same with the greets who block people for not showing a recite it’s a crime to keep someone there and you can legally go hands on while they can’t ap can’t legally step in
@@ichigo5674, false imprisonment would be harder to prove. The charge of unlawful detainment is an easier charge to make stand in court, as the chavette was intentionally detaining them. You can also use reasonable force when being unlawfully detained by non law enforcement/security personnel. Then there you have to be far more careful.
@@HappilyHomicidalHooligan, very true, and his descendants don't need the money either. But they could have had her charged none the less on the fact it's still a criminal violation.
The last story, the chavette thought she had more power than she did by virtue of her being on the board of the H.O.A. Which sounds like an H.O.A. gone amuck with power hungry people. She likely though ended up kicked off the board, once she was convicted for what she did. Most people don't care about something they set out for the trash pickup. If someone wants to pick through they''re fine, as long as a mess isn't left afterwards.

Sure, that's a good reason for not going to church🙄 by destroying someone's property with their (hard earned) money. EP-How very dare not obeying me while in my abusive household. OP-Well then Im moving out EP-No you can't you need to take care of me and pay rent. Really? Are you serious, what part of being an adult and making my own choices don't you understand. Im a person too not a mindless zombie here to control.
The second story, the parents are definitely of the entitled type, with a very strong infusion of fundamentalism added into the mix. Their children should go no contact. Also they sounded very much like they were living above their means of what they could afford. It sounds like they need a financial trustee, to handle their finances. As for the church a letter to each one and if the meeting had been recorded (which in my opinion it should have been), copies sent and posted on social media for all to see. The exposure would have changed a lot of minds, as to who was in the wrong, and acting like spoiled toddlers.
@Akhaandir I'm thinking it's more of a cya. even though frivelous. imagine how it looks that a manager stated that they were at fault for being too slow to arrive, and now they get sued. accepting any money means you accepted a settlement.
1st story: I I got a "I don't work here" moment a few times because I was wearing my "excuse me" t shirt. It's the same color as their vests. But I wasn't wearing a Walmart vest, why do I get stopped just because I'm wearing a t shirt? 2nd story: I wish people would learn vocabulary. It's ungrateful, not ungreatful
Trash Man vs HOA Story: Refuse collectors have the rights to refuse to service a property due to legal liability, harassment, abuse and being physically assaulted. Someone on a neighbouring street to me p!ssed off the refuse collectors (I heard she damaged the refuse truck for being too close to her property and being dirty) and got blacklisted, they couldn't even go to the dump to get rid of their rubbish themselves as the refuse collectors banned her there as well. After a couple of weeks the Karen started to get fined by the council, for having refuse piling up and they now have to pay the council a large amount of money to get council workers else to take it away instead of being part of her taxes (As the council license refuse collection to an outside company)
WalMart is either super wholesome or dear god is it hell??? I've had one good interaction, on Halloween, at the WalMart near me, because we both were half dressed in cosplay and getting last minute stuff. Me, concealer for my eye bags bcs mine was too yellow when I'm very rosy toned, and he needed sandals
The “manager” had no right to detain OP - with - they psycho Karen and should have demanded to be protected from the psycho immediately. Sue the store. Make them get better management or train this idiot better. They still screwed up BADLY. Taking so long to stop the Karen. Making the victim stay with Karen. Keeping the victim within arms reach of Karen. Allowing Karen to assault OP again! Yeah. I’D OWN that freaking Walmart at the end of the day lol
Last story: It's kind of useful to have government workers go out into the community to interact with people. This gets the true nut-jobs arrested and taken off the streets. They obviously need some supervision and probation gives them just that.
Story 3.2: Seriously Karen? You let your kid beg strangers for candy and wonder why it didn't go well for him? Maybe both of you will learn from your stupidity!
Story 1. Sadly, I've seen similar things happen at the Walmart I worked at. Karens or Kens not accepting that person they are dictating to help them does not work Walmart even after they say so and even after a manager confirmed they didn't. A few even got physical with ether costomer or staff that led them to get in trouble with the law and permently banned from the store. The worst one I seen and was apart of was when a Karen assaulted a 10 year girl with her parents when she was telling them that was a Walmart employee when she was straightening items on a shelf. The Karen went past me in a Walmart vest to go to the girl and demaded that she help her. I did aproch Karen to tell her I can help her. Karen dictated that since the 10 year old said she is a Walmart employee, she can help Karen. When the 10 year old hasitated, Karen closed fisted backhanded her. Knocking her out cold. I had to get in frontof her parent to keep them from going after Karen. Management was call. To witness Karen yelling the 10-year-old "That's what get when you disobey me." Which made the dad go after Karen again. It did take three manager to hold him back. All the time Karen was taunting him. The police and ambulance was called. The perimadics took care of the girl. The police took statement on what happened. Karen lied about what happened. One officer to the security room to review the footage captured by the security cameras had recored. The officer returned and arrested for her unprovoked attack on the 10-year-old. What Karen did not know was that the security camera system at this Walmart also had audio. It picked up everything she said. In the trial, Karen's lawyer tried negotiated a plea deal. But it was rejected by the judge. Karen got 10 years in prison. Had to pay fines, legal costs, and a settlement to the 10 year old's family. And lastly, Karen's husband divorced her for what she had done. He could not stay married to such a horrible person.
Bin Man. Personally, I'd just have left and let her deal with it. She has absolutely no authority to detain anyone. Period. However, if she prevented me from moving, I'd call the cops myself and say she was assaulting me and attempting illegally detain me; when there, I'd request they arrest her and, if not, get the details to sue her and the HOA (even if I couldn't afford it, since these details would work well online, and in the press).
Story 2: here we have “Reasons why religion shouldn’t be an excuse,” just because there Christian they can be the worth parents even…. That not how things works and they now lost everything as the 2 ECs took everything when the EPs couldn’t provide, if they saw Jesus he would say: “I’m very disappointed in you, you neglected your own kids, take from them and try to dictate over them, that’s not love or parenting and you didn’t stop you nephew/nieces from becoming terrible people guiding them that they can do anything, please do better or stop saying this is my plan for you because it wasn’t.” Maybe if Jesus told them that they would change.
It's funny how entitled people in these stories seem to twist religion to serve their purpose. The children are horrible for not forgiving. Nothing about the parents being horrible for not seeking redemption and only extending an olive branch in order to get money. Though I suspect the church and family are not hearing the whole story.
Forgiveness is earned. Also, people like that are the ones that truly use the Lord's name in vain for vanity in this context is synonymous with pride-the deadliest sin.
It's in the Commandments that Moses read out. When addressing the Lord, one must be humble in doing so for using His name in vain means you're using it in pride, which is a deadly sin.

Breaks my heart a bit each time I hear/ people calling on Jesus and using His name but utterly ignoring His teaching.😢
1st like for my Best friend Ripe wonderful stories again dear!

@ripeStories Using names instead of letters, Lee instead of L Steven instead of S for example, makes listening easier.

This is the wurst spilling iv ever scene!
Still not as bad as the atrocious spelling skills of a certain boss from Hell.

At least three Commandments broken: "Thou shalt not steal"; "Thou shalt not bear false witness"; and "Thou shalt not use the Lord's name in vain".
Story 2: The Bible does not tell parents to act like this. They are twisting the word of God to make themselves feel better.
It's in the Commandments that Moses read out. When addressing the Lord, one must be humble in doing so for using His name in vain means you're using it in pride, which is a deadly sin.
