also, you should ALWAYS iterate the "do not look at your hand of cards" rule BEFORE you deal them out lol. THEN announce you can only look at two. Because every novice's instinct is ALWAYS to pick up their cards into their hand once dealt. A good trainer/teacher should know this and be ready for it
