  • This 360 Video shows the inside of an operating theatre during a laparoscopic colorectal operation. The colorectal cancer has now been removed from the person and the bowel is being rejoined laparoscopically. The anastomosis to do this is constructed by stapling one end of the bowel to the other.
As a 360 Video you can pan around it by clicking and dragging the screen. It is best viewed on a Smart Phone via the RUclips app and it can also be watched on this in VR using a headset, either Google Cardboard or some other make. The intention is to let an interested viewer see, hear and feel the inside of an operating theatre and this video is part of a series showing the different time-points of the operative process and system flow.
