The City should use the 'mechanical lifter' on a truck, that picks up the can. It helps prevent injuries to a man's back. Hopefully, by now there are such trucks in use. Such trucks are in use elsewhere in America.
I think that's laziness of the employees Waste Management has never had a trash can size limit! If there having issues lifting the cans then maybe they should go automated instead of rear loader.
your wm needs to upgrade its equipment with the times i live in florida and WM upgraded to carts in 2009 and their rear loaders are equipped with toter tippers in the rear of the truck
