I got to this video via YT algorithm and I hope you are a student because your technique is very much flawed. Some of the areas to improve: 1. Absolutely wrong way to hold needle holder. Use thumb and ring finger in the finger holes and index and middle finger to stabilize the instrument. 2. Never handle needle using your hand, use forceps to load the needle into the needle holder. 3. The knot at the end - well its an incomplete and wrong knot and many more. I hope you improve and upload another video with the aim of teaching. Good luck.
