Volvo 480 design team group interview - Eindhoven - 18 May 2024 - Part 1

Video courtesy of Daniel Peschka. An interview with John De Vries, Rob Koch and Corien Pompe who all worked on the design of the 400 series cars in the early 1980s. Thijs Dijkstra covered John's questions for health reasons and Martin Percival was the interviewer.
The interview formed part of the 2024 International Volvo 480 Meetup. The largest gathering of Volvo 480s this century, with 102 480s attending the event staged in the Netherlands and Germany.
An event to mark the 40th anniversary of the launch of the car is being planned for May 2026.

Wolf Cieciersci Will - he died a few years ago and later worked for Aston Martin
