Many many years ago in my youth, I did this knot, turned them into balls for keychains, today I wanted to revisit it to do a ball, I looked at my paper and didn't have a clue what was going on. A quick search on youtube and here you are showing me in detail how to create the knot. Thank you!
I just started working with iCord and was looking for coaster ideas and then I found your video! You make it so much easier to understand than the other videos I found. Thank you so much!
Just found you and subscribed.....you are a very good teacher...thank you for sharing...as I'm new to macrami i shall find your channel very useful ..x from England
When you make this knot you start by making what some people call the double coin knot you will find that one end comes out on top this is your working end you finished the knot off going clockwise but the way you started it you should have been going anticlockwise

Hello. Thanks so much for this tutorial. Just a question...what length of rope have you started with?
Hi!! In this video I used 3 PLY 4.5mm twisted cotton rope and used about 10 feet of rope.
Have you tried using a pin board in order to prevent the knot losing shape? Good tutorial, thank you.
Absolutely beautiful ❤️ Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
what type of rope do you use if using for a trivet?
how long was the piece of rope you use to create a knot this size? would you sat you had more than enough or just enough?
