Your toddler starts from what size to what size? And so on. I hope this question makes sense? I want to make boards to try out this knot tutorial.

4x48 - infant (this makes only 2 knots instead of the full 3 like in the video) I hope that makes sense. 4x55 - baby 5x60 - toddler (full length of fabric) 5x60 - Kid (full length of fabric)

Elise Hoke bullet fabric, Liverpool fabric, double brush poloy. Really any fabric with a 2 or 4 way stretch works great.
