This is a fantastic little camera. I use mine when hiking. So light, compact and pretty simple to use. And the image quality is great for its size. Probably the smallest 6x6 camera out there. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you, i'm also trying to keep my camera equipment as small and light as possible when i'm on mountains but i never thought of using the perkeo for it. Maybe nest time 😊
I have the Perkeo II with Scoper lens. It produces sharper pics than my Yashica and Rolliecord TLRs. Great camera, and so small and comfortable in my hand.
Hello from the UK, I have just enjoyed watching your video, I have just finished cleaning up a Perkeo 2 I bought from Ebay and loaded the film, I would love to visit Plzen there is a lot of history to photograph and also visit the Cat Cafe you mentioned, sadly Plzen is in the other direction for my Czech visit in August, I am an Amateur Radio operator (G0KOK) I am going via Prague to my hotel in Pardubice and then to visit the Czech National Ham radio event in Holice, I am not sure about taking film through the airport I will have to look into that. Kindest Regards. Peter
Hello Peter, thanks for your nice words. I would recommend to let your films get hand checked at the airport (if possible) because the new CT scanners which are in use in some airports will possibly fog your film. I wish you a lot of fun and great pictures 😊
I love your column. Thanks with your Perkeo
@@amdesidik305 thank you 😊📷

It’s the only 6x6 camera that I can fit in my top pocket, and if you keep winding the film after no.12 you get an extra frame !
Good to know :-)
Well done. The Perkeo II is like the Rollei 35 of medium format. It punches way above its small size. I enjoyed the video.
Thank you, thats a pretty good comparison with the rollei 35 (i've got one recently, what a beautiful little camera)

I would have never thought the lens would be sharper than a rolleicord tlr, that's pretty amazing.
