NOW I LOVE U GUYS EVEN MORE........... I GO EVERY WEEK TO A FOOD PANTRY TO PROVIDE FOR ME AS A CANCER PATIENT, AND MY 15 YEAR OLD DAUTHER. THANK YOU!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ WOW!!!!! LOVE THIS VIDEO 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I think Helping the Less Fortunate should be a tourist requirement. Here in Montreal, there are thousands upon thousands of homeless kids, women, and men. Taking a couple hours out of your day to do something you might not necessarily think about doing, "should be done." I spend my Sunday mornings at The Old Brewery Mission in Old Montreal. Our young people here in Montreal are out on the beat, doing what most people would never consider, working with others. I'm glad you made this video. Homelessness is wide spread and the more light we shed on it, and talk about it, the more people get involved, where they wouldn't usually. Thank you.
So if I visit as a tourist the most powerful and wealthy city in the world where a ginormous number of extremely rich people live (billionaires) and then it is REQUIRED that I should volunteer in a soup kitchen for its homeless? Really? What about the homeless in my own far less wealthy city? The US and especially NYC has all the money in the world to fix its problems, it just doesn't want to and then I should help it via volunteering in a soup kitchen?

Here Be Barr this is my favorite video of yours, to date. Feeding those in need is a passion of mine, and this really blessed me. Thank you 🙏🏾 so much!
I love how your channel has content about the needs of society and giving back to the community. You are awesome and so is your channel. Blessings to you and yours ✨🎉🎊
Thank you Jon ..bless you..for this heart warming story........ we read of homelessness and know its everywhere around the world. Your story helped in understanding the depths of desperation and loneliness that many people experience just to get through a single day. For me, its triggered many emotions, and has made me look closer to home to what I can do to help. No matter what I choose to do, I'm sure it will make a difference to someones life.....and thats what counts. To everyone out there, please follow Jon's lead/
Well done, this video is very interesting and shows how important volunteering is, let us remember that first of all there are people in need, there is food for everyone and many foodstuffs are thrown into the garbage.
I love all of the unique content that you have on your channel and r the type of video this was, I think the documentary style was perfect. I think it i great that you showed what the experience was like first hand, showed that a traveler to New York worked a shift and encouraged others to do the same.
We volunteered there last week while we were vacationing in NYC. Great experience! Got to meet a lot of other fun volunteers and interact some with the customers. We were in the bread area making peanut butter sandwiches. I would highly recommend it to visitors and locals alike! Thank you for the recommendation, John!
I wish you had posted this earlier. I was in NYC last week and I met a man in the East Village who has been on the streets for 11 years. We spent a few hours together, he showed me around the neighborhoods. I have been thinking of him ever since. I will head to a Soup Kitchen on my next trip. Thanks so much for all your videos.
Awesome. One of your best videos Jon. Please do more if you get to know other similar places. I loved it and can't wait to go help out when I get back to NYC.
I would love to volunteer at one of the soup kitchens I have a tremendous amount of respect forgiving back so much I'm not homeless but I would love to contribute he's a wonderful man who gives back when others don't God bless him
Loved it jon & adri. U r great people, that's why your channel grows at a very fast pace: you transmit such good vibes, and its clear to me that u like sharing, that u aren't selfish atrás all. Regards for both of u from caracas
So, so, wonderful! Bless you and Adriana, and all for helping and giving your time. That is a ver large place. It really is heart warming.to see all that is done there. Great vlog!! I hope many people who see it take your advice and give of their time.
This will be on my to do list when I get home from my current trip. As a new New Yorker I feel strongly that giving back to your community is a requirement for being a good citizen. Felling like it’s “not my problem my taxes pay for them to be helped” is callous and shortsighted.
Such a fantastic video with so much soul and care for others. Thanks for sharing it, I think is amazing that you chose to make a video like this and encourage others to also volunteer their time. I am finally catching up on y'alls videos and I must say I am loving it!
Good job John and Adreana! I'm currently doing some homeless outreach in Camden, NJ. Feels good to give back. I've been spending time in a homeless shelter. Hopefully having some kind of positive impact on people.
Excellent video, the food looked better than what is served in five star restaurants here in south Florida! What a beautiful place as well. Walt in Miami
Did You Know The Late Joan Rivers Worked In A Soup Kitchen God's Love We Deliver In Brooklyn, New York? For The Delivery Joan River Would Ride In The Van With The Driver And Deliver The Meal In Person And Chat With The Person.. She Was A Great Lady..
I'm going to spend two months in new york studying English and I'm interested in being part of volunteer groups. Can you tell me the address of the Church?
We have a soup kitchen on Saturdays at Bethesda healing center in Brooklyn ny . Please come visit us for #hopeday19 the first Saturday in June June 1, 2019
If only these places weren't an almost complete waste of money. Outsource this shit to a decent company and watch them feed these people for a fraction of the price and with better food.
Please provide the facts to back up what you $ay. I have to wonder, if what you say is true, then: Why has some "decent company" not already $tarted $uch a bu$ine$$. Oh, wait, it's more than just "eating" at this Soup Kitchen. It's about feeding the whole person, body & spirit, and sometimes the volunteers are the ones "fed" as well--the point of the video.
Really awesome activity to do in NYC!
Gracias Habibi

With COVID, is it still on..?
Do you know a vlogger called Bretti Conti
Yep
How did i know there was a way to give you money to help out.
Because one must buy the food, utencils, pay for trash pick-up, have a space, and hire the small professional social services staff, etc., etc., etc.
splashpont ABSOLUTELY, I WILL DONATE MORE FOR THAT.
