@@TheresaofTheWorld I know he is but Bobby is old now & doesn’t have that power he had when he was young.. we need another Bobby Seale, Huey Newton, Malcolm X, etc
Not until watching this interview did I realize how great a leader he actually was. He placed his focus, his reverence, and his criticism exactly where history has proven it should have been. Even after all he'd been through at this point in his life, his eyes were sparkling with the profound intelligence of what could have been, what should have been, and the (almost) unspeakable heartbreak of what was.
@Mr Mac Yet, even as a crack-head, he was thoughtful, articulate, and dignified; moreso than most men can be who are completely free of any substance abuse disorder, and the ravages of what's now commonly known as PTSD, and men who have contributed, by either thought, word, or deed, much less to the and time in which they live(d).
@Mr Mac , I wondered how far down the comments I would go before the government lie of him being a drug addict would appear. Can you answer a question , how many cooked babies did george washington eat a year???
Hello Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity. It's very hard to do in this day and age. People can be, somewhat very superficial. On my quest to achieve this I have learnt a lot about human nature. It seems to me that those who are not given traits such as beauty or being wealthy are some of the nicest, kindest and generous people. While the "gorgeous" and well off seem to be the most arrogant and greedy people out there. Of course that's not to say there aren't beautiful kind people out there. I've been in the process of change for a while now and I have made some decent changes but don't you just hate it when people can't let go of your past mistakes. I saw your profile and it intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about who you are and what type of path you would like on in life. Can we talk?
Yeah you'd think these right-wing lunatics would come up with something better than "They're faking Sandy Hook so they can take yer guns!" Meanwhile, in 21st century Chicago...
The BPP was well educated in the state and federal gun laws. Ronnie Reagan was gov of California trying to unarme the BPP and started gun control legislation in California.
This brother was an intellectual genius and had a vision for his people just like Malcolm, Martin, and Medgar and others. In which you don't find in this day and age.
This comment cannot be understated. I might make reaction video type content just to try to expose more people to Marxist content and your channel. Thanks brother Newton for your sacrificing yourself for . Long-live the spirit of Huey Newton. May the Cosmos absorb your spirit. May it deal with those who killed our people then , and continues to do so today.
The Black Panthers were my inspiration when I was growing up: Angela Davis, Huey Newton, Bobby Seale, Fred Hampton, Eldridge Clever, Stokely Carmichael, and so many others.
If ur relying on the cosmos, then you don't really understand what Huey P and them were doing and why. Cosmos ain't gonna do shiid. Go into your communities and organise with the people. Doesn't even have to be armed resistence; go into your communities and get baby boys off the streets so they don't think harming each other makes them men.
I don't think I'd ever heard of Dr. Huey Newton til I saw this interview. What an honor sir. For years most of us only heard of the militant and disruptive part of the Black Panthers. Not the real part that focused on nonviolence and building better communities for their people. Much praise and honor for your work sir.

God bless this voice, message, and intellect so that we may have more people who are conscious to be as well equipped as he was. This is power to the people in the flesh.
I appreciate the way you phrased your message very powerful and accurate sir

Dr. Newton aka Huey P Newton was my friend and comrade. I was with him 2 weeks before he permanently changed his address. PLEASE start using his title! He earned it. Start using it so the algorithms will stop disrespecting him!!!
Dr. Huey P Newton!!!!

Martyrs do not die . They stay alive , they continue inspire lives to be like them , the Martyrs are eternal , they carry the torch like no one can .
Thank you uploader for sharing the life of this selfless servant of God .
In my culture this the saying :
Service to Mankind
IS
Worship to God .
Spike Lee did a disservice to Bro Dr. Huey in the film he made of him. Thank you for this share ✊🏿
I never knew much about Mr Newton how could anyone not walk away impressed with this man regardless of race. A great leader and man
Man mad props to the behind the screen crew. Watching this as a filmmaker of the new generation. We just deal with SD cards these guys had to change film back then to capture long shots
FINALLY THE FULL UPLOAD OF THIS VIDEO THANK YOU
Thank you for sharing this historical footage of the great Black Panther leader Huey P. Newton.. They try to erase this man from history but history can’t seem to forget him. He was brilliant, so intelligent on what they were trying to put him up against. This man had no fear whatsoever. I wish we had black leaders like Bobby Seale & Huey P. Newton nowadays.
And NEVER FORGET how fuckin young they were… picture young 20 sumthins today doing ANYTHING so significant
Agree 💯%
They wouldn’t last a year , the black man will kill then both and that’s a fact .
Bobby is still here
@@TheresaofTheWorld I know he is but Bobby is old now & doesn’t have that power he had when he was young.. we need another Bobby Seale, Huey Newton, Malcolm X, etc
He was about straight facts...the bitter truth. My heart aches for the loss of him and those like him. True warriors.
Well said
Wowwww so true!!!!
He eyes were sparkling cause he was high off crack 😩
@Mr Mac Yet, even as a crack-head, he was thoughtful, articulate, and dignified; moreso than most men can be who are completely free of any substance abuse disorder, and the ravages of what's now commonly known as PTSD, and men who have contributed, by either thought, word, or deed, much less to the and time in which they live(d).
@Mr Mac , I wondered how far down the comments I would go before the government lie of him being a drug addict would appear. Can you answer a question , how many cooked babies did george washington eat a year???
Rest in Power and Eternal Peace Huey Newton, forevermore.
Hello
Something I have been in search for quite sometime is a connection with somebody that goes beyond vanity.
@16:25 The only time gun control was embraced in the US was when the Black Panthers started exercising their gun rights.
What a coincidence! 😒😔
Yeah you'd think these right-wing lunatics would come up with something better than "They're faking Sandy Hook so they can take yer guns!"
Meanwhile, in 21st century Chicago...
The BPP was well educated in the state and federal gun laws. Ronnie Reagan was gov of California trying to unarme the BPP and started gun control legislation in California.

Glad you began to upload after so long! Your contribution with this important content, is much needed!
This comment cannot be understated. I might make reaction video type content just to try to expose more people to Marxist content and your channel. I been thinking about making current commentary but maybe a day dedicated to the past which teaches us more an today can. You are so undervalued and should already be past a fawken mill! Keep it up and PLEASE MAKE A BACK UP CHANNEL, I'D HATE TO LOSE THIS REPOSITORY.
Thank you for allowing us to review your interview of things that happen that is still going on today we thank you for the children hit start feeding of the kids in the morning so we appreciate that he was a great leader
So happy how more footage is easily available of Huey P Newton. It was incredibly hard to find footage 10 years ago. I had to go off of stories from relatives.
Thanks brother Newton for your sacrificing yourself for . Long-live the spirit of Huey Newton. May the Cosmos absorb your spirit. May it deal with those who killed our people then , and continues to do so today.
The Black Panthers were my inspiration for a new America where Blacks weren't going to take it anymore, it's a new way it's a new day.

Check out his close comrade ,..The Autobiography of Angela Davis and Jo Ann(assata shakur)!
I’m ashamed I’m only now truly understanding how much this man did for the people. Sincerely praying that you rest in power, never forgotten.
Thank you so much for standing up for, and protecting, the black community from this evil culture. I will always love you and spread your legacy. Rip King ✊🏾 Power to the people!
It is so heartbreaking what the American Government with Cointell Pro and the state with police along with the media did to the Black panthers and any socialist/marxist movements in this country ! Thankyou for posting !
Socialist Marxist Illuminati destroyed United States Of America before it was ever created! Read writings of Karl Marx and Engels. You been deceived again. Your embrace of Marxist ideals is source of your problems. The enemy is androgynous and eats its own tail. Wake up for real.

I use to praise them as a teenager, the older I get them more I understand why they felt the need to erase him from our history, if many of us followed him in todays society, shit would be much different in our community in whole. This man was too intelligent for his time

Huey Newton in my eyes was a hero, the press tried to label him as an extremist, militant, a threat to society but to me he just told the truth and that time America wasn’t ready for that or any of his ideas, for that matter, the black panthers party. As I was growing up I heard a lot about Mr Newton from my parents and just being observant doing that time. Even when Fred Hampton was Slaughtered by the Chicago police.
