I just want to ask why people watch these videos? For me its somehow relieves me from anxiety, stress and just calms me. Just wondering if others watch for the same reasons.
I kinda watch it for the same reason, but i just find it really interesting to watch. Besides, i learn the existence of an animal ive never seen before almost every video
Srael f i'm curious to see what it is like, i like new experiences and being a Cook myself Gets me excited to try new foods or new something related to food (as long as it isn't nothing disgusting like those chinese 100 year eggs 😅)
I often think people take it to an extreme when using those black gloves for preparing a meal. But seeing this serious case of fingernail fungus I start thinking it actually makes sense
Wow! As a chef i am so jealous of the variety and freshness of fish shown here. I can only dream of having a selection like this. I don't know why the U.S. Doesn't have markets and or auctions like these. It would be awesome
yeah maybe it's because there's so much coastline around japan. these fish look so fresh they must have still been alive a couple hours before the video
Trigger fish are pretty smart characters. I had one in my 120 gallon aquarium that would spit water at me when he was hungry. Also would nibble at the glass when i would walk by and was constantly throwing rocks around like he was playing a game.
Cool sashimi, fresh and daikon radish, thanks to the chef for such a beauty, greetings from Russia)
Hi, mr chef, the skin is the best part. Put the skin in boiling water for 5 min, then remove the scale, Cut it to, half inch size. Put some ginger stripe, pig lard oil, sesame oil, soya sauce, spring onion and some chinese cooking wine, max it, u will hava a fish skin salad Excellent dish
Illeia Oslo I know it is a man and a woman but it wouldn't surprise me if it came out they were couple or at least close. Not that there is anything wrong with it, double the channels double the content.
So skilled , what a talent in fish cutting and organising ,it looks so easy till i tried ,it was just drama when i finished it looked like an octopus with a fish head. 😁
Why don't you go in there and give them an alternate way to make a living and provide food for people who buy those fish. Fact is even if you go full vegan too support the load of vegetables, fruit they will have to wipe out forests to make fields to farm those things. Animals will die no matter which way we look at it.
mt nguyen Ye T if you work with fish everyday or touch fish with your bare hands. Your nails will change to yellow. You should see the sushi chef. And I noticed that. #myopinion
Blood adds an extra fishy taste TO ME but I guess some folks like it. Maybe it is the flesh we are seeing or that fish might just have reddish color meat but not blood.
I really love the respect given to the food preparation. It's just a pity the same respect is not applied to the significantly reduced fish stock these come from. Japanese are not at the forefront of preservation and wildlife protection.
All beautiful fish! Is this like a fish auction? Also....do they not have tables? I guess it'd be easier to take down afterward, not having to deal with tables.
absolutely LOOOOVE that there’s no music or talking over these videos it makes them so relaxing
*only people speak japanese heard
Creep
@@I_WANT_MY_SLAW LMAOOOO okay
I don't even really eat much seafood, especially exotic stuff. But I am fascinated by these videos and cant stop watching!

if you'll ever try some, start with sushis first. You might not like the taste of sashimis ((it's good though!))
Whoever is making these vids has the best job in the world
Awesome content as usual. Though I do feel that having an ad break every few min is bit excessive.
Andrew Martin thats why i spend 10 bucks a month for youtube red...no ads
An Artist/Rouge2t7 how do you do that?
Andrew Martin pay for premium then cheapazz
When it comes to knife skills, truly the japanese are no.1..
I’m morbidly fascinated by this.
I never knew there were so many varieties of sea life that were edible!!!!
Not a seafood eater myself, but still!
Same here man. Who knew all this could be eaten...and raw apparently..
I think the chef’s yellow thumbnails add a distinct and unique flavor. 🤤🤤
I often think people take it to an extreme when using those black gloves for preparing a meal. But seeing this serious case of fingernail fungus I start thinking it actually makes sense

Wow, My best friend, Wonderful video dear. I enjoyed watching. Hope to see you soon...
The way he uses the knife... How this man still have his fingers amazes me.
ExpiredYogurt experience is key in life
ExpiredYogurt being careful
He uses the wrong even if its sharp, its hard to do a smooth fillet with that tiny utility knife
I absolutely love this channel, amazing and amusing all at once👌🏽

i Love Japanese Food 🇯🇵❤️🇹🇭❤️🇺🇸❤️🇯🇵🇯🇵🍣🤟🏻🐶
The cutting skills is amazing😍😍
Like you, amazing
So many varieties and colours. These fish look beautiful!
Guyyys Please Stop Hunting Titan Triggerfish because they are important for our coral reefs. They protect our reefs from coral eating species.
You know Japanese people can’t help themselves when it comes to killing animals
I think it was part of a group catch not targeted. Trigger fish are solitary. Not worth the effort to target individuals.
i adore see-food..the best meal ever !!
who agrees?
The blue fish at the beginning is so stiff that it looks as though it's made of plastic.
Some fish do have that look.
It is a bonito of the tuna family
It's a Skipjack Tuna. The reason why it looks stiff is because it is in rigor mortis.
I thought the same...
Skipjack is another word for Arctic Bonito. It is the same fish species.
So fresh as always
pennywise's teeth 5:07
Japanese fish market is very clean than the other country..
puasa nontonya kayak gini top dah
Beautiful blue fish....amazing fishes!!!

I just see this videos because i've never tried or cooked japanese food, but i like to tried it
Is Aden Films and Travel Thirsty the same people, filming style is eerily similar at times 🤔
saltymemes Aden is a guy, this one is woman.
I more like travel thirsty videos than adan films :)
Me too. I thought they were
I though they are a couple lol
Illeia Oslo I know it is a man and a woman but it wouldn't surprise me if it came out they were couple or at least close. Not that there is anything wrong with it, double the channels double the content.
1. That guy has some serious knife skills! He made that look way too easy! Master!
2. That trigger had some weird innards!
So the Japanese guys are throwing paper seals on fish like you'd see on Naruto Shippuden.. nice seal no jutsu.
This man is an artist! What skill!
5:06 Jay Z
Peep z 💀
😂😂🤣👄
Peep z 😂😂
Lol
Lmfao I was thinking that😂😂
Simple yet very very skillful!
My guys thumb nails is sharper than the fish's teeth 💅😂
I like seafood
that fish has really thick skin :O
This is like a cat's definition of Heaven, indeed.
They could make shoes or jackets out of that fish skins...LOL :D
#AQUAMAN your cousin is being filleted! LOL
Damn that looks good. I need to get to Japan yesterday.
Real question: could you use the skin of that fish like leather, kind of like gator leather, maybe for shoes or bags?
This fish market looks like a gem sale: AMAZING😍😍😍
Damn that skin is T H I C C
Triggers are the most difficult fish to clean, in my experience. Better have a good knife and sharpener around!
Not worth trying to chew 😂
So skilled , what a talent in fish cutting and organising ,it looks so easy till i tried ,it was just drama when i finished it looked like an octopus with a fish head. 😁
freakin fish wears a freakin armor
What an amazing market. I never though parrot fish were good eating. 👨🍳👍😊
i’m TRIGGERED
My favorite fish can't wait to eat the next time.
3:42 Gucci Gang

I wonder how all these crazy fish taste 😯 parrotfish, triggerfish...
This fish looks like dangerous than piranha.
You are professional cook.
The knife trigger me... 😐
You will morph into a triggerfish soon.
Beautiful fishies!
Nails tho
mt nguyen Ye T if you work with fish everyday or touch fish with your bare hands. Your nails will change to yellow. You should see the sushi chef. And I noticed that. #myopinion
karina k I noticed as well. A Michelin sushi chef got yellow nails as well. I thought it's fungus.
adds to flavor
At least wear a gloves
Wow! Amazing knife skills! 😀
this fish is so raw its still looking for Nemo-Gordon Ramsay
Everything looks so good, i whanna eat some one of this fishes
That's what feminists turn into. Triggerfishes. No wonder they are salty like the sea.
Perfect I thank you for this discription 👌
Ohhhhhhhhh🔥🔥🔥
nice roast 9/11
*Shots fired*
Wrong, the sea was fresh at first, the triggerfish's saltiness spread, now the ocean is salt water 👍
I'm surprise these same fishes are found in the caribbean..very tasty
It's normal to eat fish with that Blood?
DeepMoon best part!
I think thats just the colour of its flesh, not blood.
😂😂 Seriously u got a point ...
Blood adds an extra fishy taste TO ME but I guess some folks like it. Maybe it is the flesh we are seeing or that fish might just have reddish color meat but not blood.
Tuna and snapper have similar colors
I really love the respect given to the food preparation. It's just a pity the same respect is not applied to the significantly reduced fish stock these come from. Japanese are not at the forefront of preservation and wildlife protection.
How come he doesn’t use gloves?
Slippery gloves + slippery fish = no more hand
All beautiful fish! Is this like a fish auction?
Also....do they not have tables?
I guess it'd be easier to take down afterward, not having to deal with tables.
And here I am still expecting they double cleanse the fish bone before serve it :|
Ayesha Trisya Exactly
You eat ALOT of raw fish
Amorr Winterstorm probably has a tape worm in his system.
Japanese people eat raw fish because its actually really good, it's how Japanese people look and feel so healthy
I would like very much to visit Okinawa
