It's been a while since Les Paul guitar appears on your youtube and i noticed you have a little hard time to open those case. btw, the guitar sound amazing. keep it coming.
What year was it made? The first re-issue was the 1974 remake of the 1954 featuring staple and P90 pickups. Later in the 70s there were small runs of 50s style bursts for Leo's and Strings and Things. Then there was the late 70s KM, then the first pee historics in 1983, and the Heritage guitars in 81.
Thanks for watching! This is the first official Gibson custom of a R0 reissue (1960s reissue). It’s amongst the first 20 LPs made of the “historic series”. They did a great job for the first year but forgot the correct style knobs and the fit & finish is very different to what they’re doing today! Thats very interesting about the ‘74 remake of the staple pickup, I’ve never seen one 🤟

Did you say were or weren't at 7:42 ?
What year is this made? You didn’t mention
I think 94 was the first "official" calendar year of the Custom Shop. She sounds crisp and huge though.
Great top! Too bad it’s a R0 with the slim tappered neck…

Well they make the reissues much much better so that guitar while the first yr in all that. Nice guitar but extremely more accurate these days
Some fact checking is not right.
I think he's referring to the first R0 reissue which was around 1997, Not the Historic Reissues in general.
