I can find no references for ginkgo as a senolytic. Long pepper, strawberries persimmons, grapes, and kiwis and quercetin rich foods such as onions and apples are all good, although there are man more. They're all senolytic and non-toxic in foods you'll probably eat anyway if you steer your diet that way. But don't chew on oleander plants.

How about a review of fatty 15 or C15
Very interesting. I'm currently taking turmeric in tea at night. Not exactly pallatable. Maybe the curcumin tablets would be the way to go. And renue by science has a sale on it at the moment too. Thanks.
