That is the problem of the nowadays hardcore.. trying to get as close to the originals when remixing but they don't reach it (exceptions sometimes). Especially slower tracks which are up temp mixed.. not done mostly. Remixing is an art.
And nowadays since the hardcore-style is changed somehow.. the big names can't either convince to make classics as in the earlier days. It looks like a cow.. it is milked dry. Two periods. 1992/1998-1999 and that later style from 2000-2004.. after that it become less.. (with a few exceptions) Uptempo was it to 'defeat' the slower mainstream as they do not like that anymore. Imo now the opposite is true. I'd rather listen early than this uptempo and peeps (Cannot call it music anyway).
What's this trent of remixing tracks that shouldn't be remixed? You can't make such classics better by pasting a rougher hardcore kick over it. Idk that's just my opinion
