I filled for my over 21 son since 2018, the only thing we ever got back was they telling me they got the money. In May this year they moved the file over to ELs i guess that's the electronic filling. How long do i have to wait, note that the case has been stagnant, i take it it still in the processing mood. How can i get this to move faster

I file for my 2 daughters in Jamaica since 2022 , the visa processing center received the application since January 2024 but I haven't heard from the embassy since.
I applied with USCIS in April, 2024 to get my wife to the usa. I just checked our statis on the USCIS website today. Our case will be reviewed in 22 months. I have a bad feeling.
