I went through an immigration journey a while ago. I have nothing to worry about in this regard, but I got hooked on your streams due to the topic that interests me and your personality. The U.S.A. is built on immigrants, and I love it. At my work, all of my colleagues come from different countries, different cultural backgrounds, different religions, and types of upbringing, but we all fit together like a puzzle! Seriously, I’ve never had a better team than here, in NYC. It’s truly a melting pot, and I would not want to lose it. Again, I accidentally stumbled on your streams, and I find them very interesting and informative. I hope folks who need your help will be reaching out to you. Good luck to all those still going through immigration.

      INTERESTING TO HEAR:
During past presidential administrations a few thousand federal jobs have been considered political appointments. Trump's order creates a new much larger category of federal employees called "Schedule Policy/Career" who do not have the typical protections enjoyed by civil servants and can be fired at will. It applies to jobs "of a confidential, policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating character."
Trump has for years criticized the federal bureaucracy, which he calls the "deep state," claiming civil servants are unaccountable because they are insulated from losing their jobs. The new order will give Trump the power to fire as many as 50,000 of those workers and replace them with political loyalists.

How are my chance having to go to individual hearing next month where my case is pending? My case has already been delayed twice. I have no criminal record. My marriage failedl before the 2 year probation, and that happened over 15 years ago and I do not have many proofs of evidences. Seeing that the Supreme Court is basically all in Trump's pocket, I think the birthright citizenship would be decided in favor of Trump's Executive Order. Though it might take some time, but it doesn't look too promising that the court will overturn it...

@@JohnDoe-qz1ql He is counting on Thomas, Kavaugh, Alito, and Gorush and may be Roberts or Amy Barrett. The problem is the constitution is iron-clad on the 14th Amendment. How are they going to wiggle their way around; it will be seen as a political move. They will have to argue the other precedents were in error.

Because the President is pushing for an end to Birth Right Citizenship a Representative or a group of Representatives, a Senator or a group of Senators can immediately sponsor a bill stating these desires in the for of a Bill. (Ever heard of VooDoo Math?) The next term that applies is called a "Discharge Petition". This allows for a bill to leave committee and now is forced directly onto the chamber floor for full debate and a vote. Next term to be aware of is called "Exception" Exception means that congressional leadership will choose someone specific to write this bill (choosing beneficial language/ AKA VooDoo Math) The wording and the writing of this Bill will directly involve the White House and the President. The opposing side will want to debate, debate, debate: However, the Majority can vote to end the debate process and take it to a vote. (The ability of the majority to take this Whitehouse sponsored "carefully worded" bill directly to a vote also eliminates the ability for the opposing side to "Filibuster" the Bill). Voting requires 3/5ths to win the vote. If accomplished that carefully worded Bill sponsored by the Whitehouse becomes law. No need to bring up Veto's or 2/3rd's vote because the President AKA the Whitehouse originally sponsored the Bill, surely the President will sign it into law.
